I used to have to wear wrist braces to help my carpal tunnel but I have found myself only needing them once a week for a few hours. I feel that my overall health has improved- my immune system feels strong and my mind body connection has increased. Going to Dr Liz ruined my neck and life. I came to her seeking relief from some arm pain left over…read morefrom a frozen shoulder. Without looking at any imaging, she assumed I had cervical spine issues. She put me in a weighted traction device with 20 pounds of weight on my head to stretch out my vertebrate. It completely overstretched my neck muscles and ligaments. I had painful whiplash for 2 weeks and then I woke up in horrific burning full body nerve pain. I texted her to reach out for help but she just said to go to urgent care and never checked on me after that. For the past 2 years, I have been battling with full body nerve pain (CRPS) and neck instability. To say it has been awful is an understatement. I have paid thousands of dollars out of pocket to rehab myself, but my neck is still unstable. I don't know if I will ever feel normal again. I had been to many chiropractors which were mediocre but once I met Dr. Salamone he made the world of difference in the first visit. Then in 2006 I ruptured my spinal cord and became a quadriplegic. I could turn my head back and forth and that was it. I laid paralyzed in bed for many years but could feel from the middle of my back up to my head. I was in severe pain. Then I asked to please let me go back to Dr. Salamone, so I started going once a month. During this time I started to regain the use of my arms, within time the pain went away. It was my faith and the good chiropractor work I received from Dr. Salamone that released the pain so I could relax and start building my muscles.
