So glad I did not take the job because this shows how poorly this company is run and I will continue to fight until I have to take higher action against them. I had an MRI report from a few years ago as a basis only. The doctor never looked at it and spent five minutes with me. Never looked at my current medication prescriptions . They took x-rays prescribed PT. Could be arthritis, a hip, lower back. I came in miserable with lower back pain. I left miserable with lower back pain. Didn't leave me with much confidence. ... why was the word surgery even mentioned in a sentence twice? Not that the doctor was recommending it. An odd vibe. Not a lot of personality. Felt like a money making machine. Not sure I want to follow up.

She is so knowledgeable and caring and made a big difference in the treatment I received. Michelle took the time to see how I was progressing each visit and altered the treatment as needed. She took an interest in making sure I received the best care possible. I have had Physical therapy treatments many times in my life and Michelle is at the top of the list. All of the staff at the Manalapan location are also very kind, professional and go the extra yard as needed. I highly recommend this Kessler Center.

Even had all my paperwork filled out before i got there too since this was the first visit. Receptionists seemed fine as they took my forms, my co-pay and asked me to sit down. I noticed the plastic tree next to the receptionists' window was filthy with dust, made me think about my allergies and the office cleanliness. Well... 45 minutes later i was asked to come in by the nurse to the examining room. 30 minutes in solitary was enough for me, i walked out demanded to know what is the story, and the reception said "why are you yelling at us?" - i told them because you run the appointment system. 1hr and 15 minutes for nothing. Dr. weintraub came out, i told him this was ridiculous that i had to wait so long, he had no clue what time it was... 4pm already. I got my copay back and will never return, even the Dr. said to refund me.. zero apology and zero effort to calm me down. waste of time and the examining room has peeling paint around the window and to spit in our face... there is a sign on the wall "it is your financial responsibility to maintain the appointment, otherwise you are charged $25"!!! WHAT???? WHERE IS THE DOCTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP APPOINTMENTS WITHIN REASON!!?? 75 MINUTES OF WHAT? NOTHING! NOTHING AT ALL. BTW, the two receptionists offered nothing other than "don't blame us" attitude.

I had a bad surgery result with Dr. Bloomstein. Months after his surgery on my foot it became…read morepainful and so another MRI was done. The report from the radiologist stated problems with the tendons. Dr. Bloomstein dismissed these findings and told me not to have reconstruction surgery and so I trusted him. That was my mistake to listen to him. After a few months, the pain became unbearable and I found another surgeon who fixed the problem.

Zero care and effort from the entire team to the point that I was laying down on my table for a good 15 minutes until I decided to leave after realizing that they have totally neglected me and my care. No one even asked me where I'm going or did I'm not finished yet so I went to the front desk and told him I will not be coming back any further more do not build my insurance for any future visits and I would definitely not be recommending this place to any friends or family Or enemies dor that matter. I mean Truly a shitty place offering shitty experience to people looking to get back to life and recover from their injury. So now im out there looking for a Real therapy place and not a f**king mill! First experience was my last as I am sure it is/was for many others
