I spent over a month trying to get answers about a prior authorization. During that time, I repeatedly followed up with the office and my insurance company, but I never received clear communication about what was happening. What was most frustrating was that I was told they were still waiting on insurance, yet when I switched to a different provider, the new office was able to submit a prior authorization and receive a determination very quickly. That left me questioning whether my case had been handled appropriately in the first place. The final phone call was what made me decide to leave the practice. When I called for an update, I was told that I was "the only one" having this issue and that everyone else was getting approved quickly. As a patient who had spent weeks trying to get answers, I found that response dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of feeling heard, I felt blamed for a situation that was already stressful. Patients dealing with insurance issues need communication, transparency, and follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I ultimately had to find another provider because I no longer felt confident that my concerns were being taken seriously. I hope the office improves its communication with patients, especially when prior authorizations and time-sensitive medications are involved.

The receptionist Darlene is so friendly and nice as is Dr Teng. He puts you on a massage table for about 10mins to loosen you up then you go into his office for the adjustments. Even being in horrible pain in any position he quickly and gently cracked my hip and my lower back felt some good relief. Went 2 times a week (my choice) and after each session I felt way better.2-1/2 weeks later I am 98% back to normal. Going to finish up with a couple of more appointments. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because MOST of the actual doctors are nice, although there's been a couple of those that have been SEVERELY incompetent as well. If you want to have a pediatrician for your child that will be there and available to see your child for more than 2 visits then go elsewhere. Same for adults who like to stick to the same doctor for more than a couple appointments. Dr Rung and Dr Hayden (Anderson) are GREAT! That's the only positive feedback I can give.
