On Monday Dec 15, without ever, contacting me again, they sent an email saying they were dropping the investigation because I had not contacted them again. I contacted customer service again & told the agent I had not received my order, & if they could not locate the order to issue a refund. He claimed to have no record of my initial complaint. He said he needed 3 to 5 days to investigate, when I complained he became rude & then said it would take 10 to 15 days to investigate & they would contact me with any information. The tracking site for the shipping company, On Trac, has shown the package at their final processing center awaiting delivery for a week now. On Trac has been unresponsive to my request to investigate the location of the shipment. To date I have not received contact by either company & still have not received my order.

I waited. And I waited some more. I did some serious waiting five feet away in a red sweater. No acknowledgment. No letting me know it might be a while. But that would've likely stopped the upselling I started to see. So I turned me and my bike around and left. It's hard for me to be on my feet that long. That's why I bike. Dood has a right to be into his subject matter. Usually shops want you to feel comfortable and respected as somewhat of a priority, even if you aren't being directly pitched at the moment... it just was not a good vibe. All doods working there when I was in. Way heavy on the dood vibe. Captive audience syndrome. Sigh. Dood has to do what a dood does. I avoid places like this. As I lose weight and buy some workout clothes and more compression gear, I'll be back to a UA store because the employees are all so much more chill than at other stores. No pressure. No lies. I always find the best shoes at cheap prices, and the workers are all friendly and personable. No one is up your butt like in some stores that I know asking if you are finding everything okay every 5 seconds. I love that about this place. I've also never had anyone following me. The nice thing is that if I need help, the workers are quick to help and will go above and beyond to answer my questions or get a product for me in the back if they have it. Sure, some things they sell here are expensive and are normal-priced, but that's the chance you take. Not every single thing is going to be a steal. They need to make money as a business, too. If you can't afford Nike's, don't buy them, but then don't complain about their prices either. I guarantee most products on the Nike website are more expensive than what this store sells them for.

The owner had assured us everything was in order and ready to ride. When we took the bike out on the trails, my partner almost broke her neck on a downhill when the breaks suddenly gave out. We took it too a shop and found out that the wheels on the bike were not the original wheels and had been switched out. The rotors on the wheels were too small, leading it to quickly wear through the pads and suddenly stop working a couple hours into the ride. When we notified the owner, his response was "scary." Yes, incredibly scary. My partner could have died due to the owner 1) pulling a bait and switch and 2) not checking and ensuring the safety of the bike.
