Seriously, if they cant get two brand new bikes working, heaven help you if you brought them in one that was actually damaged to fix. I climbed on board and found it was comfortable and easy to use. It was a brand-name and the price wasn't outrageous. A few hundred bucks later, we were loading it into my truck. The guys here were friendly and helpful. They did helpfully point out the pricier, fancy machine that sells for a lot more ("for a fast, total work-out"), but I was not interested in buying something I would likely not use after the first week. I enjoy my bike and use it nearly every day. I wouldn't say it was the best deal of my life, but it works for me. I never got a user's manual, but luckily, I only use the basic features. Still, if I were looking for more exercise equipment, I would likely drop by and see what's on sale at Flaman Fitness.

Getting the tune-up this year was complicated by Covid 19; demand for bike tune-ups this year went through the roof. I had to wait more than a month for my scheduled tune-up. But the shop did a fantastic tuneup job on my dura ace road bike, and in 1 day! Pedalinx is one of the best bike shops.

One of the two gentlemen, with whom I spoke, was also very polite and friendly. However, I visited this location because of a specific bike they had advertised on sale and when they showed me the bike, I immediately noticed it was not as advertised. They had switched out the front shocks, tires, and shifters for lower end components which were not the components advertised on their website. For all I know, they may have downgraded other components as well that I didn't take the time to notice. While it is possible this was simply a mistake in advertising, I find it a little "fishy". When I asked if they could replace the original components, they made it clear that was not possible so I wonder what happened to those high end components. In any event, I walked out without the bike as it was simply not as advertised. As a result, I doubt I will return in the future. I definitely plan to warn my riding buddies and caution them against buying a bike from Pedalinx.

When my partner and I walked in, we were immediately impressed with how clean and organized it looked compared to any other fitness depot we have visited. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. We also met the owner, Mark. He took the initiative to introduce himself upon us entering. Offered excellent customer service. He was friendly and professional and took the time to listen, educate us on products we were interested in and give us recommendations. The price is also right. Not trying to sound like a commercial here but I felt impelled to write this review based on our positive visit. This place deserves a five star for the NEW ADMINISTRATION. Thus far the best fitness depot I've ever visited. Two thumbs up guys! Totally worth the trip! Will visit again and so should you!

Guy behind the firearms counter and archery shop is a joke the obnoxious guy on the counter set up…read moremy bow and was talking on his Bluetooth the entire time while setting up my bow.. and then I took my bow home and shot it and my arrows were flying way off I looked at the cam settings that he changed and one side was set to 27.5inch draw length and the top cam was set to 28 inch draw length.. maybe spend a little less time on your phone and do your job.
