Spokes N Stuff is a reliable bike rental located at 327 Washington Blvd., next to the Venice Inn. The phone number is 323-653-4099 and they have a large array of bicycles both traditional and electric to choose from. The rates are quite reasonable and the rentals are in good shape. My rental was just $12 and the service is friendly and helpful. If you need to a bike to ride by the beach or boardwalk, Spoke N Stuff is the place! read more

My four-person group rented beach cruisers from here and had a great time. The shop is only one block from the beach. Easy rental process, good bikes, free lock, good rate at $30 for the day, can't ask for more. Plus Carlos is super nice and funny. 5 stars! read more

Payment was smooth via Venmo. I was able to purchase lights and a bike lock as well! I am so grateful to find a great local bike repair shop near me. They also do bike rentals! read more

Spokes 'n Stuff - Very happy! My assembled bike by 'Spokes n Stuff' that was shipped to me. - Bike Rentals Near Me - Marina Del Rey, California

I live in the area and this is my go-to spot! I highly recommend this place over renting e-scooters and the rental bikes you see lined up near the street corners. You don't have to worry about the sanitary concerns or mechanical issues that those public bikes pose. The guy that runs Spokes'n Stuff is very honest and fair with prices as well. He doesn't try to squeeze every dollar out of you (like other places in the area). He just rents bikes and wants his customers to have a good time read more

My husband called to have his front tire fixed and the person on the phone said he could fix it for $15.00 cash and that it was perfect timing, because he wasn't busy. He fixed it immediately. He was personable, good sense of humor and gave excellent customer service. Sometimes, good customer service and a great personality is all you need! Keep it up. We didn't want to have to rent a bike, since we are locals. We rode our bikes to Manhattan beach & back to MDR, without a hitch. You Rock, and thanks again! read more

Been looking for a spot to look after my high end Cervelo Racing Bike. After being completely ripped off by American Cyclery in San Francisco, I was really scared to take it in somewhere for a bit of tlc. I took it in a couple of weeks back and the guys are absolutely exceptional and it was such a pleasure taking it there. The shop doesn't look like much but Hugo is extremely knowledgeable and caring and for a fifth of what I paid in San Francisco, my bike was cleaned, my chain serviced, DI2 gears adjusted and it is now perfect! Thanks guys you absolutely rock!!! read more

Super friendly place with reasonable prices. Bikes were great. Easy location near the Marina. There's free street parking off Washington. Definitely recommend! read more

I just love it when people who provide a service know what they are doing. Great service, good price, nice man! Highly recommend.

I brought in my old bike that had its rear tire+rim, gears cassette stolen....I wanted to see if it could be salvaged. Rather than telling me I needed a new bike, Carlos gave me a ridiculously fair price and made my bike brand new. He could have easily charged more, but he was fair, honest, and got everything done even earlier than promised. I called other places that were going to charge nearly double for the same job. Bring your bikes here, or rent your bikes here. You won't regret it read more

So friendly! Really reasonable rates. $15/hr to rent a bike, $35 for all day (over 2 hrs), helmet included.

Best Service Ever! Carlos is very welcoming and helpful with getting you the best bike and also getting comfortable from the moment you leave his shop. I highly recommend his shop if your looking to experience the whole bike riding through Southern California Beaches. Thank you Carlos for making it the best experience! read more

The guy there was friendly and helpful, no waiting, and I was riding off on my bike in five minutes. I didn't even have to sign a contract or anything; just gave him my driver's license. The bike was in decent condition for a rental and had a quick-adjust seat which I used a couple times in the coming minutes to tweak its height for maximum comfort. He gave me a map of the bike routes and a free bottled water. What more could one ask? Only $25 for an afternoon of fun enjoying the beautiful California coast and colorful local characters. read more

Great spot to rent a quality bike for an affordable price. Carlos assisted me and he was fantastic! He gave me a map and suggested a route that would fit my time frame. The rates were half the price of the hotel I was staying at. I would definitely recommend this spot for bike rentals. read more

I'm new to the area and was in the neighborhood looking for a bike to rent Carlos caught my eye with his smile and sweet hello I asked him to rent me a bike and asked me a few fitting questions and sent me on my merry way with a smile and a wave! The Bike held up for 44 miles and I was tired when I returned! Carlos greeted me with "wow, you really are a superstar"!!! He's a hard worker and super personable I recommend this bike shop to everyone read more

I enjoyed doing business here. Carlos I believe it was, is very helpful and patient. He helped me load my little boy up on the bike and found my girl the perfect bike. She was having a hard time with one of the bikes, then we found a good fit. The child's back seat that is connected comes at no extra cost. He even went ahead and added a couple quarters to my meter just case we were late. The parking is good because you park grab a bike and ultimately ride right back to your car at the end, instead of walking to the board walk. read more

This place is great. The service was so awesome and very happy we rented from here. They definitely take good care of you. Rent from here and you'll have a great time biking around Venice/Santa Monica area. read more

Carlos was super helpful, personable, and knew his stuff! He stayed open a little later for us and gave us a great price. Accessories are free here! Carlos got us a basket and towel for our little dog and was super accommodating about it! Overall amazing service. Would recommend. read more

Great spot near the canals and boardwalk to rent bikes from, you hop on and in a couple minutes you're by the bike path, and it seemed to be a bit less busy (shorter wait) than the ones right by the beach. Carlos provided a helmet for my boyfriend's son, and gave us some advice on time and rides. It was much appreciated! If you get there on a weekday or slow time, you can try to park a couple blocks inland from the shop for free street parking on Washington Blvd, otherwise it's lots and meters. read more

We wanted to rent two bikes. It is 09:23 and it is closed :( So we have to go to another Bike Rental Shop. read more

Carlos got us all setup and adjusted the seats for a comfortable all day ride along the beach. Very friendly, basket, lock, water and map included. His business is cash only but price was fair and bikes work perfectly. read more

Had SO much fun and Carlos is AWESOME ! He's so nice and attentive ! Excellent customer service and the bikes were so fun

Super quick and easy. Had a bike for me and my kids (15 & 10), baskets and locks in a jif. The owner gave us his cell in case we wanted the bikes overnight and was very accommodating. read more

Our VRBO had no key for the bike lock so we bought a lock here. The sales guy asked if we knew how to set the combination lock we purchased and showed us, which was so much easier than reading tiny directions for our 50 something eyes. Great service. Location is super convenient right on Washington Blvd off the bike path. read more

I wish I caught the name of the gentleman who worked here when we came to inquire about bike rentals. I THINK it was Carlos but I'm not 100%. Anyway, it was nearing closing time and folks were quickly returning their bikes. My hubby and I thought we'd stop by to just check it out. He quickly gave us the run down and explained how it all worked. He let us know that we should come back with our daughter sometime to rent the bike with the child seat on the back, as it too was only $8 per hour. This is a great little spot. It's just far enough off the main drag that it's not too crowded and not so loud when trying to figure out what you're gonna do. Carlos asked us to come and see him again. We saw how friendly he was, too, with his customers. That alone makes me want to return. With the weather that's supposed to be coming up, we may just go back and see him sooner than we thought. A bike ride along the canals might be in order! read more

Phenomenal customer service. I think that's what I love about mom and pop shops. He was patient knowledgeable and even offered to drop off the bike if we couldn't get it in our car. Highly recommend read more

Carlos is a neighborhood staple. I purchased a very old bike off Craigslist and every time I have brought it to Carlos he has been able to source, repair & be kind all at the same time. After a getting a flat after a recent tune up, Carlos went out of his way to repair the issue, even spending an entire weekend getting the right tires for the bike. He has gone out of his way every time to make sure that I'm happy and, most of all, safe. I've brought friends who are visiting to his bike shop and he's always supplied them with safe and fun bikes to spend the day with. Prices are outrageously reasonable & his selection is huge. Actually used to go to a bike shop up the street from SnS but happenstance brought me here and I'm way happier with the results. Can not recommend Carlos & his bike shop enough. read more

Carlos was the sweetest man ever! These bikes were only $25 for A WHOLE DAY! We had the bikes from 10 am to 6 pm and it was soooo nice and easy, we just had to pay cash. We even got to pick out our bike styles and colors, which was so cool. This place is a million times better than the city "pay by the hour" bikes for so many reasons!! The only thing I recommend is requesting multiple bike locks if you are 2 or more people for ease! Highly HIGHLY recommend this place for everyone wanting to bike from Venice to Santa Monica and back :) read more

Incredibly friendly and he didn't charge me for the rollerblades because they didn't end up fitting me, even though I took them and returned them two hours later. read more

Carlos is so helpful, and his prices are hard to beat! I'll definitely be back!

Everyone needs a Carlos in their life. The moment I went to his shop, I knew my bike would be in great hands. Of course, I knew after a couple of inquiries with other bike repair stores how much the repairs would cost but I didn't even bother asking him. Just trusted Carlos and he kept my trust intact by not only charging lesser than anyone had quoted to me but infact doing extra work on a couple of things even though he wasn't obliged to. That's how to run a personable, honest and pleasant business. A service where you want to pay the man more than he asked for! Everytime I see Carlos we talk philosophy and never have we fallen short of laughs. This man is a gem, see him and you won't regret it. Also the man delivers before time or at least on time. Never fails on his word. read more

Sunday 1/27/2019 I walked my bike to this establishment. My handle bars were loose and my back tire was flat. After approaching the place. I realized they catered to rentals. However, this amazing man name Carlos asked if I needed anything. I shared my issues with him and within 30mins, both tires received air, my handle bars were stripped so he replaced it and tightened my bolts on each tire. He only would accept $5.00. His spirit was so pleasant. I will return and I recommend everyone needing a bike rental or any service to support this amazing establishment. read more

Easy 5 stars. Carlos is the man! Super chill. Reasonable prices, great selection of bikes, baskets, locks etc. Always a great experience renting here! - Take it from someone that has tried the few other places in the area, which range from bad to just ok...it's a no brainer, this place is the best BY FAR! read more

Carlos is very nice! Helped me fix my bike very quickly and made good conversation. Only $15 to get new innertube after a flat tire

We rented bikes here on a Friday AM to head up to Santa Monica on the beach bike path. Carlos, the owner, knows his spokes. He quickly assessed us and got us on our way. A wide variety of bikes available, all in tip top shape. My 7 speed bike was a perfect fit for me. This biz is located a couple of blocks east of the beach, a short walk up Washington, and under the Inn at Venice Beach. Look for the mermaid on the building. Call out your arrival as Carlos may be doing maintenance just inside. Bevies, helmets, baskets and more available. Very reasonable rates. Enjoy!! read more
