Lots of annual grass that didn't come back after the winter. I have patches of thick blades grass patches of thin grass, spots that have browned that you can clearly see was a roll of grass. They were nice enough to provide me grass with an invasive grass (Poa). Weeds that I'm still pulling out and every roll came with no less than 10 grubs each. Their resolution was for me to buy weed be gone and grub killer and apply it myself. I did and in the front yard alone I applied two rounds of grub killer and a large container of spray weed be gone. I've also spent $100 on pre and post emergent to try to remove Poa grass that is through out my entire front yard. I mowed today and found another patch of Poa so I'll be reapplying more post emergent. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from frustrations and don't buy from them. Once it's down, their customer service stops and it becomes your problem.

Ended up with a person who just moved here from California and started working for James. This person did not set the sprinkler system as I had asked... set it totally different. But told me he had set it as I asked and I did not find out he hadn't until the next day when the system ran. I am a Widow ... so now my water bill is sky high... and they told me to set the ck on my porch - each day for 3 days I was told he would come by and pick it up -- he never did. While his hired person was here he told me adamantly that he did not believe in God ... etc. That is a scary statement for most of us... especially widows alone! I finally took the check in off the porch ... and James called the police and complained about me. I am also an Ordained Reverend... This is pretty bad stuff they have put me through right after losing my husband. James was aware that my husband had passed... Think Twice... on this one. Very BAD experience for me... I told him I was going to call the police so he called them immediately after I said that to him... Told them a story to make me the widow/Reverend sound like the bad Guy -- I could take a polygraph to this and pass!

It crushed some of my garden there and did surface damage to my wooden fence. My neighbor had told me she was having her tree trimmed but not that they would use my yard. They did not come and tell me they were doing this and I found out as the limbs were crashing down. My neighbor was apologetic but it is this company that is at fault. No one knocked on my door or asked and made a mess of my yard. They cleaned the big limbs up, however they left lots of twigs and debris. I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.
