This gym was the perfect fit to get me back into Jiu-jitsu and into shape. Since I've been at this school I have lost close to 30 pounds with most of my exercise coming from Jiu-jitsu class. I have heard many people use the excuse that they want to get into shape before starting Jiu-jitsu, but I promise if start now you will get in better shape as long as you make the right lifestyle choices in the process.
