This boarding and daycare for cats and dogs is a little pricier than other places in the area, but…read moreit's worth it to make the pup feel comfortable while we're out of town. On two occasions I had to call to make a last minute reservation because other places were booked, and catnips n biscuits saved the day. Staff is super attentive, honest, and caring with my pup. I noticed at some other places, my dog gets nervous to go in when he's being boarded, but when he goes here he's actually excited. They don't put collars on the pups while they're being boarded. Personally, I like this because my pup doesn't have one at home. I can see how it might make other people nervous, but this works for us. After one of our last visits, he didn't get to receive a bath that we paid for, but staff reached out to us and told us this. They gave us a credit for our next stay. Really great boarding option in the Savannah area!

The cages are small and with SOLID fronts - no ventilation except for a few small holes. I heard a fan but I don't know if it was circulating in the cages. If there were a power outage, the kitties would have no way of getting air. Very restrictive hours for dropping off and picking up. My cat is a diabetic and has to have insulin twice a day. When they gave me back his unused medication, there was a dose that was not given.

My heart melted to see them dressed up. We always pick up fun bakery treats on the way out. I just wish there was 15 minute pick up and drop off parking available. It was the first since adopting our two current pups (1-yr and 2-yr old pittie mixes) who are sweet, loving, and spoiled for attention. The team at BB is awesome, though, and while we were nervous about the pups having separation anxiety, the overnight and daytime sitters engaged them with couch cuddles, fetch time, sunning time, and always gave us updates at the end of each visit. One of their regular sitters (Desi) handled the majority of the visits and overnights, and the pictures made it clear they were happy to see her and most importantly relaxed with her, which was huge for us being able to relax ourselves. That said, all 3 sitters who saw them during the week gave them their full attention and gave us that great communication. Full recommendation.
