Her excuse is that she is pregnant. She came right out and told me that's why she behaves this way. Wow--I understand that pregnancy can be rough, but it's really unprofessional and insulting to all women to excuse your lack of professionalism and human decency because you're pregnant. She offers a groupon under a different name, which is very shady. I've seen her name with 3 different salons and none of the names are registered with the BBB. I'm not sure what she's trying to pull, but, it seems like some sort of scam or a way to avoid accountability. I didn't go through with the treatment because I don't pay to be insulted and treated poorly. She refused a refund for my groupon. There is something very odd going on with this woman. With so many places to get a haircut, why go to someone with serious mental issues?

Apparently the hairstyles change salons, and it was her responsibility to contact me to cancel according to the front desk/receptionist lady! Went there for years with my mom and we would have appointments at the same time with different hairstyles. The only solution according to the receptionist was to make an appointment with someone a hour after my mother hair appointment stated. Jamie the hairstyle that does my mom's hair is always nice and considerate! She trying to fit me in this week when she was already booked. I'll only go there to be with my mom, but unfortunately, I will not come back for my own hair.
