Before I get to that, there is a softball field that is used a lot. My buddy informed me that his employer has a team that plays there. On the weekends there is softball/ little league baseball that plays their games there as well. The outfield is large enough to play soccer. What I find interesting is that it looks to be all turf. I haven't stepped foot into it but looking at it, doesn't look like dirt to me. There is also a really small jungle gym. These have to be the cleanest bathrooms I've ever been to at a park. Typically all park bathrooms are disgusting; like I don't even want to walk through, but these bathrooms are bearable. Parking is all on the street. People will mainly line up on Edgewater, but pro tip, if you park on the opposite side where the homes are, it is easier to find parking there. Finally, these are really nice tennis courts. My only gripe is that they are slanted - like really noticeably - and sometimes the ball will roll onto the other people's court due to inertia. Can be annoying but it is what it is. Overall there are 5 courts; three on one side and two on the other. The side with 3 courts has an isolated court and the other is side by side; the 2 sided court is the same. The courts are kept really well. No cracks and the nets are beautiful. Lighting is where its at. Hands down the brightest lights I've been to at a tennis court. Only downfall I've found is that there are a lot of classes and league play. This as of right now was every Tuesday & Thursday. This park isn't really meant to be used for parties or picnics. There isn't a lot of space for any of that. Pretty much, you play your sport and then go home (or somewhere else). I enjoy going to this park. Especially at night. The lighting for tennis is wondering. Super bright and easy to track the ball.

Sharing this note below, which I sent to management on 7/16/26. Also, I really enjoyed the "mini…read moretri" that the club put on today - it was fun, challenging, and a great community builder! Thanks Bay Club for being a big part of our lives and making it fun to come work out! I just wanted to give you guys a big compliment. I've been a member for over 20 years and think I am using the club more now than I ever have. I am really happy with the changes you've made over the past 5-10 years, and I feel like you are consistently getting all the little things right that add up to big things for me and keeping my membership. The locker rooms are always clean and well taken care of, the pools and hot tubs are pristine, the employees appear to be genuinely happy and engaged, and are super friendly, and the customer service is great when I've needed it. My daughter and I truly enjoy coming here just about every morning, and I think the operations of the club are a big reason why. Kudos! Also side note, I love the World Cup decorations and little fun festive things you've done around it (like the fish bowls for voting for the team you think will win). Things like this are nice ice breakers that make us look forward to talking to the folks at the front desk, and the relaxed, fun vibe motivates us to come in every day. I remember years where things felt tense to me here and it is definitely not like that anymore.

Cryo chair, body massager, compression boots and more. Its much needed after a workout. Few things they can improve on : They just recently switched out the chairs in the business center. The current chairs are not meant to be here. They are too low and proper chairs should be put here for working. They have the good office chairs in the Touchdown rooms; they should have it everywhere. We pay too much to not be comfortable and at regular level height. Womens Restroom area- They should have a proper lounge area somewhere in the area even if its just a small seating area to relax in after a sauna session or pool. The SF location has a nice seating area with a TV and there is also a quiet room where you can lay down. This location should think about adding this in there. Much needed. The workout classes they have are great and pool jacuzzi area is great! They should do monthly food events or other type of freebee things for the members here. As much as the membership is here, more needs to be done for members. Itll be a nice touch for sure.

According to the fact sheet, this area is 11.2 acres. There's just large amounts of lawn where you can have an isolated picnic, and it's a fairly long stroll for a neighborhood park. It's cool that it runs next to a mini creek, closer to the residential houses. For sports, there are areas for sand volleyball, basketball, tennis (four courts), soccer, and baseball (which looked well maintained, with bleachers). There's a large playground with tanbark and picnic tables. There is an additional covered pavilion (technically you need to contact a city official to reserve this) with picnic tables and small coal barbecue pits, though they looked pretty rusty and dirty. Next to these tables is this amphitheater-like section. Parking is somewhat in a small lot, but there's street parking all over the perimeter that's readily available. The bathroom size is above average, for a neighborhood park. The main park in Foster City is superior, but this park is not bad if you want more seclusion, in some sense. It's right next to a highly trafficked road, but expansive enough to accommodate many parties without bumping into each other.

Despite everything, Nico kept me grounded, positive, and focused. Workouts, macros, water, protein, protein, PROTEIN! He has a way of keeping you in the game even when life is throwing everything at you. This session had a tighter timeline -- I was prepping for a very special family event -- so the approach was more of a sprint compared to the gradual builds we've done in past sessions. Different, but it worked. And the real test? Traveling right before the event -- no gym, couldn't track macros, water intake was a mess -- and I still felt AMAZING. I showed up feeling like the best version of myself. That is 100% because of Nico. He is more than a trainer. He's a coach, a cheerleader, and an inspiration. The tools and mindset he's given me go beyond any single goal because at the end of the day, this is a lifestyle. If you're looking for someone who will truly invest in YOU -- not just your workouts -- Nico is your person.

I was lucky enough to win a raffle prize and work with him for 12 weeks. The progress I made and the support I received was more than I had made on my own and working with other trainers. He's available when I need to ask questions, and has never made me feel bad about myself if I've fallen "off track." If anything, he's taught me life is meant to be lived and food is a wonderful thing when used properly. My mindset around the scale has completely changed. I am looking forward to working with Nico this next year and seeing how far I will come
