After five days of not hearing from them, but seeing on my debit card account that they had already processed the charge, I used their online form on their website to contact them that I had not received any firewood. I waited another three days and called them, but getting a human being to answer one of their phone tree numbers was a challenge. Finally, a lady gave me the personal number of the man who handles the firewood (maybe you could include that number on the order form!). When I finally got him on the phone, he made no apology for the fact that they had taken my money and not delivered any product nor answered my two e-mails, but at least I got the order through. I had them dump the firewood at the top of my driveway, but I wasn't home at the time. When my son started stacking the wood in the back, I noticed all the wood debris that came with the firewood. Apparently, they didn't want to take the time to clean out their truck and decided to dump all the fine debris collected over several deliveries onto my driveway (I have a photo, but there's no way to paste it in) for me to clean up. The crew were hard working and led by Tom who was very professional and friendly (thank you, Tom!). The crew cleaned up all debris before they left.
