I went through a year and a half of hell because of them. I could write a novel here but the bottom line is, they took Allstates money, hired what seemed to be a couple of men off the street and sent them to my house. The men spoke no English, weren't given full instructions and no one bothered to check up on the work. My floor was more ruined by them then by the water damage. They were told in Sept 2022, that they were responsible for fixing it correctly. They couldn't seem to find anyone who would work with them. Then they decided to refund me what "Allstate paid them" to find someone on my own. The refund only covered a third of the cost and was no where near what allstate actually paid them. Plus from the bill I was shown, they were paid for things they did not provide. The lack of communication with these men is also pretty ridiculous--- weeks, even months would go by without me hearing one word from them. Im doubting these men have ever even worked construction because they clearly have no concept of what's involved.

Very disappointed but lesson learned. They work a couple days a week tops, three at best and they start late and stop early. What should have taken a week to do took 3 months.
