They never showed up. More contacts, no response. They finally showed up to assess the damage, 8 years later and told us the damage was caused by water and they would fix it. In contacting them to find out when they would show up to do the repairs we were told they were swamped and would get to us when they could, They never came back. Then covid hit. I reached out to them again this spring and received no response at all, so I can only assume they will not make the repairs.
