They should be ashamed of themselves charging that much money for something that does not clean anything at all. Milk and bread are usually a bargain as well. Kwik Trip was early in the store brand game, so you'll find a lot of quality snack foods with their own names on them for less than the big brands. Washrooms are always spotless. The company is an amazing growth story, when I first started visiting them in Lacrosse, WI, they had three stores. Now 800+ in WI, IL, IA, and MN.

Anyway, got to the dealership at 2:30 PM (early) after I took off early from work. Got to the information desk, and they also asked me if I would like an alignment after the tires were mounted. I said what the heck ... yes. Long story short... I waited three hours in the waiting room for four tires to be put on my car. The service tech came to me a half an hour before they were finished to tell me there was a downtime with the spin balancer. Also they wouldn't be able to get to my alignment, because they were closing at 5 PM. Why would you offer to give me an alignment, if you knew you couldn't do it? Also why did it take them all that time to tell me that there was something wrong with the spin balancer while I waited in an a half waiting room? I missed an appointment...and I guess that was my fault for waiting. And, here's the big question? If you're that busy, why would you take on a tire change if you couldn't support it with staff? I usually come here, but I think I should've went to Lois tire, which was my first choice. And here's the grand finale... Besides " I am sorry," they didn't even offer me a free car wash or maybe half off an alignment on a future day. They just said "sorry" because they had to get home at 5 o'clock! I am all alone in the waiting room, and all the staff is jumping ship like it's sinking. Where is the courtesy, and professionalism? The customer does not come first at this establishment. I will go to Kunes Ford in Delavan for future repairs.

I have been…read moretaking my 2015 Ram to them for service / oil changes for the past two years or so and always had a pleasant experience. Today was no different, except for they "made my day". First I had an appointment to have my parking brake line reattached (it had dropped) and the Service writer (I didn't catch her name) said it would be $115 to look at it and determine the repair. Some what surprised at the $115 ( which I assume is the hourly shop rate ) I said that seemed high given we could both see what the problem is ( you could see the line hanging under the truck ) she, without prompting lowered to $50 which would have been my deductible for the repair under warranty. They reattached the line etc. for the $50. I was impressed that she had the authority to make customer service decisions on the spot. I then went across the street to their body shop and asked that they look at my drivers door which was misaligned. Travis looked at it and said they see this all the time and would adjust "no charge" and said it would only take a few minutes. He took my keys on the spot and drove the truck around to the service bay and brought it back ten minutes later. To say the least, I was thoroughly impressed. I seriously just pulled into the shop, no appointment and drove off 15 minutes later with a no charge adjustment! I can easily say that has never happened before with ANY service provider! Miller Motors has earned a loyal customer in me!

Lynch Ford refused to do the warranty work unless other things were repaired that were not part of the issue. The Lynch Chevy dealership then recommended we go to a Ford dealer not part of the Lynch family to have the warranty work completed. Attempted to contact the general manager via phone as well as email and never heard back.

Tech bulletin posted on Aug of 2022 that states the brake pads should be replaced. I have the GMC extended warranty. The truck is 2 months out of the original powertrain warranty. They want to charge me $35 for a brake inspection and $650 to replace the front brakes. 80 grand for a truck and this is the customer service you will get. How about I pay for the parts and Lynch cover the labor. I would see that as a good meet in the middle. I will never buy another vehicle from Lynch.
