This location is becoming extremely cheap with labor. When you guys back out to the road for 10+ mins, you clearly need two tunnels running not just the one with a skeleton crew. I've been a member at this location since it opened lately. It seems like I need to take a vacation day to get a car wash whether there's something broken or not. Extended detail. They did a fabulous job detailing my uber-filthy car. I have black interior carpet, black cloth seats and it was loaded with pet hair. They came out and asked if I would rather have more time spent on the interior than doing whatever tire cleaning service was included. That was a big yes from me and it was so considerate of them to ask. I chose the extended detail for $70 instead of the express for $30. Express requires a car wash purchase (so the total for express would have been at least $45). Extended didn't require the car wash purchase and I was just focused on getting the interior to not look like a barn. There was about a 15 minute wait and the extended detail took about 35 minutes I think. The waiting area is clean and has a large tv and many tables and chairs. Restroom is clean also and there's a coffee station and a "business parrot" there named Ricky. :) Everyone was friendly and helpful. Wish I would have taken my car in sooner! Super impressed with how good of a job they did. Definitely will go back for this service!! read more

Went to the Splash car wash on Manchester Road in Coventry. What a difference in results and service. Didn't realize this was same company as Fairlawn and Green/S Arlington. Results are top notch and mgr knows customer service. I even got monthly pass but only will go to Manchester Road wash. read more

Person who is supposed to rinse down your vehicle is too busy with their phone to do their job. He didnt go to the other sides of the car, just keeps checking that phone like he's waiting for drug pickup. Just got done with my wash so please talk to your staff who were working this day and time. This is the 3rd time I've had the very same experience at this place. On Nov 11 of 2024, went through for first time with my wife in her car. Brushes ripped a rubber strip from roof. Reported it and attendant, who was very nice took pictures and submitted paper work. On 11/20 I was contacted by attendant who gave me claim number and phone number to call, but mentioned that company had already determined it wasn't their fault. I tried number and it was completely useless- no way to talk to a human. read more

They refuse to offer military discounts like the other car washes do nor do they offer senior discounts. The kids with the spray guns are worthless. They spray one side of the cars while staring at their phones. Their prices have gone up and quality has plummeted. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! My car was damaged in their car wash. The attendant was very nice, I filled out paperwork and after calling to follow up a few times, I was told the video was reviewed, it would be covered and they gave me the name of the place they use for estimates when cars are damaged. I went to their place, got my estimate and turned it in. After following up a few more times, I was told the check was on Heathers desk (no idea who heather is) and just needed to be signed. A few more weeks go by and again I call to follow up and now I'm being told it's not being covered. Um, what??? read more

My husband has a membership with Splash car wash, so we come here often. I was having trouble scanning a barcode for a wash (the machine wasn't working properly) so I rang the "help" button and waited...and waited... Nothing. I waited for several minutes. People in line behind me were starting to get frustrated, so I backed up and left. I ran an errand, and came back shortly after hoping someone would be available to help. Again, my barcode was rejected. I pressed for help again. Nothing. As I was pulling out again, someone (I assume is management or the owner) came running out of the store and started yelling at me. He threw he hands up, clearly angry, and said "UMMM, CAN I HELP YOU??!!"  I was in shock at how aggressive he was being, but tried to explain I was having trouble with the barcode scanner. He cut me off before I could finish and screamed "I CAN'T HEAR YOU??!!!!" He was standing so far way, and wouldn't even approach me. As I  attempted to explain again, he cut me off AGAIN and yelled "I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU. IT WORKED THIS MORNING. IT MUST BE A PROBLEM ON YOUR END SO.... " I politely explained that it wasn't. He threw his hands up and yelled "I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU!!!? YOU CAN PAY FOR ANOTHER CAR WASH THEN!!!"  I said no, and pulled away. My husband is finishing out his remaining membership month that he paid for, we are canceling, and won't be back again. I had a despicable experience, and from reading the many poor reviews from others, I am not surprised. read more

I joined the unlimited tsunami wash and it is so worth it. The staff is friendly when you do interact with them. i Highly recommend getting the unlimited plan. Specially in the winter you get all that salt washed off and they use a rust preventive wax. You can literally get your vehicle washed every day. Yes, it does get crowded at times but other than that I've had no problems at all with this place. read more

splash does a good job of washing your car. I have a membership for which I pay monthly. I have gotten about one wash a month. the reason? The wait is typically 20 minutes. Each wash has cost $25. Pay as you go. The "members only" lanes don't go any quicker than the pay as you go lanes. read more

Only giving 1 star because they have free vacuums. I had been going maybe twice a month to keep my nicer summer car in good shape. My wheels NEVER come clean, and I have stock alloys. If I'm paying $8 for the "bare bones" option, it better be good. If I'm paying $12 for just the mid-range option, it better be the best car wash I've ever been through, but it just isn't. I got yelp just to write about this place. My husband got a brand new car and the next week bought a pass here to keep it nice during the winter. After a few runs he noticed scratches on the two week old car that'd never been washed before. Upon complaining to who I guess was the owner, nothing was resolved. The vacuums can suck a golf ball through a straw faster than an enthusiastic woman on a Saturday night but the car wash was THE WORST I've ever received. The brushes (feather dusters) barely touched my car. The mop-like cloth flaps lazily tapped my windshield. Lastly, the water "sprayers" half-assedly (yes, that's a word I just made up) dripped water onto my car like the town was in a water crisis. The place is clean and when you go through the automatic car wash it actually cleans your vehicle there's always somebody there so if there's a problem you see them well worth the money and definitely worth trying out. If you wash your car more than 2x a month, might as well get the monthly pass (wash as many times as you please). read more

This place is a total rip off. I decided to cancel my monthly unlimited wash after having to deal a bent license plate and radio antenna every time I ran my Rubicon through this wash. Plus ... half the time the soft cloth towel machine at the end of the wash never touched my car ... which was something I was paying for each month. ... oh, for the cancellation, I'm till attempting to get this taken care of ... Two visits to their website, a phone call and a trip to their location ... and the only person who can cancel a monthly wash deal is the manager and it has to be in person! What a scam!!! read more

This is very repressive facility. I decided to give it a try. By the time I arrived at the doorway, in a line, it was too late to escape. The huge brushes buffeted my truck and I found later they damaged my vehicle. They ripped a component right off!!! It was very wrong of me to think something so new, flashy and imposing would use the best technology available. Rather, these monster brushes "did me dirty." The old car wash bay is a joke, little or no soap and management will justify it to take your money. The worker even told me the wash was no good and to get a wash from the new bays. As I went to the new bay, I was approached by gentleman who appeared to be in charge. He gave me a lame excuse and said my vehicle looked clean. Brushes and water clean, no soap. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will, the 'manager', informed me that they will not be replacing my drivers side mirror that was damaged because my car is a 2005 and it is 'clearly stated' that my vehicle was at risk for damage and there was no way to prove my car wasn't damaged before. This is all posted AFTER I PAID. After being told that I was rude and irate, Will, told me if I was this angry, I could file a claim with MY insurance. What a joke!!!! I rarely write reviews and am only seeing these reviews because I was searching their hours. I had been a pay per wash customer and saw a recent article referencing the buildout they intend to do which will enclose the vacuum areas. This is awesome for the fall and winter months. I had just purchased a new vehicle and also noted on this article that they offer one month of free unlimited washes once you provide proof of purchase. I was very happy with this service and have remained a monthly member. I have never found the staff anything but courteous specifically the one guy who seems to work weekends. I regret not knowing his name for this review. He often will step out of the tunnel if there are no waiting cars and greet customers and check if anyone needs anything in the vacuum area. He is a breath of fresh air and I am certain if you felt your vehicle was not sparkling clean that he would allow you to run it through the wash again. Judging by the repeat customers I see every weekend as well as others who seem familiar with the location and happy with their experience I would be willing to bet the negative reviews are not the norm of customers that frequent this business. read more

BE AWARE OF FRAUD. Not a terrible wash if you just need a decent once over but not detailed at all. Their monthly membership is a scam. They will continue to charge your credit card after you cancel and will only offer to reimburse you with a gift card. A family member had this same thing happen. I only gave this one star because I had to in order to write a review... I pulled up, gave them my $ and proceeded to the tunnel entrance... No one pulled me in for almost 2 minutes, I watched my clock... When I did get pulled in, the guy was wearing sunglasses, I wasn't sure he was an employee because he was not wearing a uniform, he didn't smile at all, he only sprayed off my driver side as he was spraying soap on it... I mean, seriously? I got their top wash and the wash did not take the bugs off the front of my car... At the end of the tunnel, the tire shine gets applied... Ok, so I pull out and get out to look it over, the tire shine is all streaky, does not cover my whole tire and looks terrible... I will not be back. read more

I do really like splash car wash. I have a monthly membership with splash. I have the tidal wave package. The wash normally does a good job. I do have to say there are many times I've gone through and some of the sprayer jets don't work. The end drying rollers don't always even tough my vehicle. They also should not be closed because of bad weather. If the weather is bad people normally want to get their vehicles clean from all the salted roads. I would recommend this car was if they try and fix the continuous problems that I run into. read more
