My review is only for the dog wash portion. There were plenty of stations, the place was well maintained, clean and cool. They have disposable aprons to help keep you dry. It's $10 for 12mins. Don't waste time getting your dog wet first, just go for the suds! We used the flea treatment and conditioner. I couldn't figure out how to add time on my card, so ended up using a second dryer for my husky mix. My only issue was there were no towels. So I had to do a LOT of drying. I don't know if that was intentional or not since there was an empty laundry basket. All said we were very happy to find this place and would happily use it again!

We ended up putting a little over $13 in that thing and my car is still dirty! It looks like someone dribbled water on it in a couple of spots. You can run your finger on it any part and rub dirt off and leave a streak.

Earlier this week the automatic stopped working & locked after getting bug buster soap on about half my hood. Tried going through other automatic bay but it would not work due to the system showing I had just gone thru it. I had ro spend money at the DIY bays. Tonight I went to automatic bay and the will not recognize I am even there. I will give it 1 more try tomorrow and if it dont work my membership will be over. Great wash, constant tip texts hold it back…read more I've been a member since opening day. For a drive-through wash, they do an excellent job. My car comes out clean every time. The staff is friendly, quick, and consistent. I have never had an issue with the wash itself or the service on site. The problem is the follow-up. Every visit triggers multiple text messages asking for a tip. It happens every single time. Two messages per wash adds up fast. It turns a simple errand into a steady stream of notifications. Tip fatigue is real, and this setup pushes it. If they cut the repeated tip requests, this is an easy five-star experience. Until then, the quality stays high, but the experience feels cluttered.

He was also very good at upselling, which is a good thing because I just wanted to do one car wash but I got a better deal by getting more. I drive past at least 10 car washes to use Genesis because they are friendly, the place is spotless, the actual car wash gets every speck of dirt off, rinses well and really dries it as you leave. Twice as good as other car wash businesses. And don't get me started about the vacuum cleaners and wiping cloths they provide. My little grandson does the vacuuming and I do the dusting. My husband even remarked about how nice and clean it looked.
