It was working fine but it had a faulty wire when I took it out on my first solo voyage that wire broke. This meant my heater didn't work and a fluke cold front came through and made it 46° inside my trailer. I called BJ he said I'll be there in three hours. He drove all the way over to try and fix my trailer, which he could not, and drove all the way back. He immediately called company and had a new unit to replace the faulty one in less than a week. That is the kind of service you get with BJ. He wants you to be happy. And he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are. I was stranded four hours from home, exhausted, emotional, and not in the best shape after a long drive and a crazy work week. The guy they sent (a super professional blonde guy who's been with the company over 10 years--I'm so mad I can't remember his name!) not only arrived Jimmy John's quick but seriously turned my whole day around. Not only did he know exactly what to do, but he had me laughing with jokes while still being totally on top of things. Being that I drive a Toyota it's safety features were being a pain--it kept relocking itself and setting off the alarm while he tried to get in, so he had to pop the hood and disconnect the battery to get the keys out(which he forewarned me about). On top of it being a fussy Toyota, my driver door is messed-up & my hood latch, so I know my service was a PITA but he stayed calm and patient the entire time. I was so grateful he was the one sent out. He wouldn't even let me tip him! I honestly couldn't not have had a better experience. If you're ever locked out, I hope you get someone like him.
