I'm gonna give you the advice I would give a family member, steer clear of this business. They are extremely unprofessional and customer service is exactly what you see in the other negative reviews online. They did a horrible job on my truck and eventually had to get it redone at another shop. During the weeks it took me to get some assistance, I got a second opinion from a new shop that confirmed the front window wasn't sealed properly and seal was installed upside down. When I tried to get it corrected by VAG, they just gave me the run around. All of a sudden Joli couldn't schedule and needed her husband (Charles) to do so, the other co owner. Heck, during one call where I was trying to get this corrected Joli changed her name (Sherry) in attempt to throw me off. I eventually got a partial refund (about 1/3 of cost/paid) after about three weeks of trying to track them down and get some resolution. Later to find out from the new shop that VAG didn't install the glass properly, didn't do the rust remediation I paid for, and most likely installed a chipped windshield (glass was chipped near adhesive and out of sight). I had to work with my bank to get a full refund after they reviewed the evidence. Run don't walk away from this place. ***Picture is of business address***

Turns out my insurance company doesn't like things done that way. That was on me. Victor stepped in and helped take over the process, and I know it probably wasn't the easiest situation to sort through. He was patient, professional, and worked with me to get everything handled the best way possible. One thing I really appreciated was how transparent they were. They actually showed me the damage on the vehicle and walked me through exactly what needed to be repaired. That level of detail and willingness to explain things made a big difference. The repair work itself turned out great, and they even dropped the car off to me when it was finished, which I really appreciated since I live in town. I'm not sure if that's a standard service, but it definitely showed their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. Safelight scheduled me to come in for warranty work today, to replace my windshield and the molding…read morealong the passenger side of the windscreen. But get this, they didn't have the windshield nor the molding at the shop. Like you, I smacked my forehead at the ineptitude of whomever scheduled me to come in without ensuring the material needed was in the shop. This is the third time I've come to get my windshield fixed. The first time, they replaced the windshield. The second time I came in to tell them the molding along the passenger side of the windshield had flown off while I was driving the car. Also, I showed them the molding along the driver's side was buckling. To prevent it from flying off too, they took it into the shop to reseat it. While doing that work, they cracked my windshield. Safelight scheduled me to come in today to get a new windshield and the passenger side molding, under warranty. But after sitting here for almost an hour, the tech came out to tell me they didn't have the windshield nor the passenger side molding in the shop. I asked if when they do get the windshield and the molding, that they come to my house to do the work. They said they would. I'll edit this post to report what transpires next...stay tuned.
