However I knew what I wanted and to be honest, the monthly service is actually a good value for what you are getting so some more stars added to the rating. The wash was very nicely done and for what I paid for I was very happy to receive. It was also a surprise to see two gentlemen at the end of the wash hand drying my car instead of just leaving it to the air machine. They even had hand held air sprayers to get the water from behind the door mirrors. My only negative thing is exiting is a bit complicated because the lot is designed very poorly. When you exit the wash you have to turn left to the vacuum cleaners. However that becomes a two way road and it is congested. If you just want to leave you have to make a very sharp hairpin right turn and that is difficult to do. So five stars for a great wash at a good value but minus one star for terrible traffic flow leaving an overall rating of four out of five.

After all four new Hercules brand tires separated after just a few months wear, Sean said he would give me a new set at his cost and after I got the invoice I noticed that I was charged $115.00 for an alignment and $60.00 for balancing the tires. Sean said he could rewrite invoice or take the overcharge off of future purchases. Being a stupid nice guy, I, agreed to future purchases option When I went in to get just an oil change I was expecting a credit showing balance due to me going forward. Instead of this Mike hit me with an invoice saying I owed him money instead. I tried to get him to explain how I owed him anything and he consulted Sean in the back room like a car salesman and came back to me gruffly inferring that here's the invoice and we'll call it even and now go away. I've been a good customer for 5 years and I can't understand why they were so desperate for my bucks that they would treat me like this . The new tires cost me $1200.00 roughly about double what other dealers charged Sincerely Larrye*

And in the morning they left a message asking what is going on with my vehicle. Yes the owner still remembered it and me without looking it up. They give you good prices and only fix what needs to be fixed without trying to make more money out of you. The reason for this is easy, they have plenty of work and most work comes in through word to mouth, so if they would do bad work, in a small town like Comfort this would be something you don't want. Depending on what you need, I would go there even when you have to come from San Antonio. You can always check out the rest of the city and ask a friend to pick you up.

When I go out anywhere I like to have my car clean, and I always stop here, for several reasons. This car wash is always clean. Never had an issue with it being out of anything, unlike several others that have run out of soap, or worse, the spot free rinse isn't working. This one is always 100 percent! Also, the water pressure is excellent!!! I'll also mention that some other car washes weren't built with much thought as the sun shines directly into the bays, who wants that while you're washing your car? This one doesn't have that issue! Lastly, it is one of the least expensive car washes too!!! So if you're someone that cares about their vehicle and need to come to a car wash where you wash it yourself, definitely this is the place!!!!
