There was no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the massive inconvenience. While everyone understands that emergencies and unpredictable schedule changes happen, the total lack of basic courtesy and communication here is staggering. To expect a prospective client to drive hours out of their way, only to dismiss them at the door with zero accountability, raises serious red flags about how this firm manages its cases and treats its existing clients.
