It was at the one downtown but I couldn't find their store on here. It was down in their wine cellar and we had a ball. There were 7 different stations. Each one with their own wine experts there to explain everything about what you are tasting and even gave advice on what to pair them with. Needless to say we had to uber home but enjoyed ourselves. I was totally taken aback by the level of customer service I was provided. Upon entering the store, i headed to what I thought was the correct area. 2 different employees walked past and spoke to me as they walked by. I thought that was pretty nice. Then a third one went past and asked if they could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me to it. I am happy she did. She showed me where the help wanted button was that I didn't see and that also wasn't labeled. But since she walked me back and identified it for me it was ok. Then an employee came back and helped me. She was very nice and pleasant and said she would have my order up front at the registers. Even the cashier was both nice and friendly. Each employee I encountered gave me a high level of customer service. I also liked the fact that the store was very neat and clean and very organized. I can tell by this location that customer service is very important to this company.

I purchased the same item 2 weeks ago from the local grocery store in the area for only $28.99. I told the cashiers this and they said it must have been a mistake at the grocery store because this establishment had just dropped their price from a $100. This is pure price gouging and ripping their customers off!! Check your local grocery stores first and shop around. In times of high inflation there is no need to over charge customers.

You have to remove your sunglasses or hoody when you come in, but I think that is a reasonable request. They usually have a great selection of alcohol.
