Then a third one went past and asked if they could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me to it. I am happy she did. She showed me where the help wanted button was that I didn't see and that also wasn't labeled. But since she walked me back and identified it for me it was ok. Then an employee came back and helped me. She was very nice and pleasant and said she would have my order up front at the registers. Even the cashier was both nice and friendly. Each employee I encountered gave me a high level of customer service. I also liked the fact that the store was very neat and clean and very organized. I can tell by this location that customer service is very important to this company.

Staff recommendations are clearly biased towards pushing the store brands. They alway say, "if you like 'insert name here' you'll love this!" Because I never find this to be true, I don't find the staff's opinions credible. Overall it's a good place to shop with good prices ... the main reason to visit. However, it comes with some hype that's a bit of a turn off.

The samples were strong for the most part, but they tasted good. The complimentary pulled pork and chips buffet was the icing on the cake for the evening. It came from Dawson's BBQ and it was probably the best pulled pork I have had in quite a while. The swag they gave away was very nice and the raffle at the end was terrific, even though I did not win anything. This new Fishers location was very nice and eye-catching on the inside. The outside needs some work with new signage that can be seen from the road. I passed by the establishment and had to go back because I could barely see the sign. Other than that, this is a great liquor store that offers a wide variety of spirits, beer, and wine. I would come here to buy beer or wine for a party. The staff is professional and has great knowledge of the products in the store. You will get a good selection at 21st Amendment wine and spirits!
