There are just tooooo many people and the lines are crazy long. They're pretty long all year tbh, but in December it's just impossible. Went home and immediately cut up one, discovering they were light brown inside. Cut up the 2nd, same color as well. 3rd and last peach was okay, half was okay peach color, took a bite or two, but bland, lost excitement. Very upsetting to buy at regular price. Yes, they are not in season, but the manager should have done their due diligence and price appropriately. Out of season equals to discount, seems fair for customers. Buyer beware situation.

Well maybe 97 cents only, but hey.. baby steps! I love this place. Nice layout, friendly staff ample parking and always a great deal to be found. Needless to say i lose my damn mind each and every time I come here (or to either location)! I mean where else can you get a basket full of cleaning supplies, food items, seasonings, fruits and vegetables, frozen food, household and personal items. I mean they have it all EVEN WINE.. if that's your fancy *bougie pinky up*! They even have some items that are a tad bit more than 99 cents like thermal tumblers for $4.00 and even copper bottom cookware for around $5. You will go in with the intent to grab a couple of items only to get caught in the matrix and before you know it you've been inside over an hour and you've spent at least 30 bucks at the register. Am i crazy? Or a crazy savvy shopper? Tomato/Tamato... and speaking of, they have'em.... And guess for how much? *chant with me y'all*

I had called around to The Family Christian Store and they did not have any plus they were going out of business soon. So they had limited inventory on the items they were to have available. It was even arts and craft that you can have your way at it. I would definitely be coming back in the near future as it is so much more to see and I was rushed for time at moment.

They even sell some more unique items such as shofars. Their prices seem fair. I would put in the range of a Hobby Lobby. Some items I am familiar with can be bought online at ChristianBook for about 30% less than in-store, plus shipping. However, I can hold it and see it in person at Mardel.

I also get an email notification when the order is ready for pick up, so I am not sure why the sales associate had to speak to me the way she did. This was not a pleasant experience at all and really put an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I should also mention that there is no point to put an alternative person to pick up my order because they do not use that information. It seems that either their system is outdated or the sales associates do not know how to work the system. I cannot imagine ever coming back here with that worker's demeanor... immensely off putting.

They make you check out by yourself and then computer says that their Ashland florals are on sale for 60% off. However, there's no one to help you when you ring up Ashland floral and it doesn't go on sale on the screen, so you have to call the store to get someone to come help you. I literally had to get on my cell phone and call the store to get someone to come to the front to help me. the person that came to help me was named Ian and was very rude and was correcting me when I said the sticker was yellow instead of white. I was told that if they have a green sticker, they're on sale but if it's a white sticker, they're not on sale but how are we supposed to know that when it's not designated and Ian argued with me that I should've known. The manager was standing right there her name was Noor and I spoke with her afterwards and I expressed how disappointed I was in being treated like that by "Ian" and I asked her if she would appreciate being talked to like that if she were the customer and she said, "no." I doubt I'll ever return to this location. I think we're better off shopping online, especially when they don't train their employees to be professional, respectful, and kind to their retail customers.

This level of misinformation is unacceptable. Providing inaccurate information to customers over the phone wastes valuable time and erodes trust in your staff and your store. I expect immediate attention to this issue and improved accuracy moving forward.
