Cashier was very friendly and helpful not only to us but others in the store. My visit tonight was anything but positive. I was looking to buy a bottle of bourbon that was priced on the shelf for $39 (and there were multiple bottles of this product on the shelf, not just a random one in the wrong spot), however at the register it came up as $59. The clerk then called the owner of the store (Sandeep "Andy" Bajaj) to get approval to override the register and sell it for the price advertised, as that is the law in Massachusetts (https://www.mass.gov/guides/a-massachusetts-consumer-guide-to-shopping-rights). Sandeep immediately dismissed the request, proceeded to call me a f**king beggar and informed me that he wouldn't sell anything to me. He then demanded that I leave the store. It was unnerving how combative he was. We were on speaker phone and both the clerk and I were very uncomfortable with his aggressive tone. I ended up leaving the store and will likely never return as long as it is under its current ownership. It was clear from this encounter that Sandeep is someone who unfortunately does not care about his customers. I would encourage anyone thinking of patronizing this establishment or any other owned by Sandeep Bijaj to go elsewhere, as there are many other excellent options in Chelmsford, Westford and Littleton.

Apparently the guy didn't like my clarifying question of surprise, "No, helmets?" His attitude picked up even more and he demanded an ID (I'm almost 40 years old) on an obvious power trip.
