She had been struggling with asthma and allergies for years. She was having to take stronger and stronger medications and had to sit out of PE and softball more and more often. She's completely off her medications and has been allergy/asthma-free for the first time in years!! At the beginning, she was also very scared of getting adjusted, but Dr David took her under his wing and was so loving, patient and kind with her. Now she loves getting adjusted and she loves visiting Dr David!! If you or your kids have any health issues, I highly recommend getting into Erb Family Wellness ASAP. Thank you Drs David and Kimberly!!!

I have no complaint about it: A good chiropractor would want to actually see what they're adjusting before actually doing it. I didn't have to watch a video (thank goodness!), so that wasn't an issue. Dr. Stacey takes really good notes and can remember what's going in my personal life, even asking me if I needed special accommodation (ie., special pillow) for my chest because I am nursing. If you check in on Yelp you get a free traction bed massage. I didn't dig it (it's too hard/rough for me), but I always get iced after an adjustment and feel great afterwards. I don't get to go as often as I like, but my back and pelvis are very grateful! I can resume some of my yoga positions that were off-limit before.

Within a month, my migraines had stopped completely, I slept better, and I actually 'grew' an inch or so just from my spine and neck being straightened. After that summer, I moved away to college, got a job, and lived in various places for 18 years. Well I'm 36 now and my spine has degenerated over the years, resulting in poor sleep, terrible posture, and lots of pain. Occasionally, I would try other chiropractors to help out, but always felt like it was just a waste of my time and money. Well recently I have returned to the area and was ecstatic to find that Jim was still practicing here. The way they treat you at elevation health is like nowhere else. They legitimately want you to HEAL, not just crack your back and send you on your way. His methods are advanced and the staff will teach you what to do in order to get well. After just a few sessions, I am already sleeping and feeling 10x better. If you have any kind of back, neck, or pain problems in general, talk to them! Your body deserves the best, and Dr. Jim is second to none.
