Was in the market for a chiropractor and groupon had a special for this location. For the low cost of $31 you get a chiropractor adjustment and 60 minute massage, but I will NEVER go back. First off according to groupon they had a 48 hr cancellation policy, when I called to schedule my appointment the receptionist said that once an appointment was scheduled it could not be rescheduled - who operates like this? That was the first red flag. Day of I show up, only to find out that the massage therapist had called in sick hours before - uh, why wasn't i called? Supposedly they didn't have my number (even though it was a part of the scheduling questionnaire). Dr.Jain promised that we could reschedule for a different time, rather than scheduling me himself he said they would call me - second red flag. But i let it slide considering I now completed an intake questionnaire myself this time. Anyways we begin the consultation and there were certain annoying things that Dr.Jain did that I found to be poor bedside manner, he gave me my adjustment then i was on my way. I never received a call back from them to reschedule my massage, shocking I know. So with it all being said and done this practice is unbelievably unprofessional and in my eyes a scam. Also he gave me their price listing and its rather expensive given the location and unprofessionalism. read more

Idk why I never went to a chiropractor before, because I literally felt brand new walking out of this place. Dr. Jain was very knowledgeable, personable, and really took his time to explain the whole mechanism of the spine in order to understand back pain. He uses 3d spine models in order to demonstrate, which is great for the visual learners. Then when he did my re-adjustment, to be honest I didn't really know what to expect so when he cracked my back for the first time.. he really took me by surprise and I was a little scared lol he cracked different parts of my.back maybe another 5 times, and it was awesome!!!! I really felt the difference. I also had a 60-minute massage with Monica before the readjustment, and she was great. She really focused on the painful parts of my back with my full body massage. I can rarely fall asleep during a massage and I almost did with her. I would definitely go back here again. I believe they have adjustment+massage for like $50. I initially found this at groupon for $49. I know it's not much of a groupon, but if it wasn't for it... I would have never known about this place. I really want to give 4 1/2 star. Only reason why I'm leaving half, because the receptionist said she was going to give me a call back regarding insurance information and she never did. I have no idea what these other people are referring to but my experience here was absolutely fantastic. I had a lower back sprain that started to flare up and prohibited me from getting good sleep so I scheduled an appointment here and came in two days later. The massage therapist was very nice and gave me an amazing massage which took all the pressure off my back. Dr Jain was very intelligent and knowledgeable and gave me great advice concerning a previous elbow injury I had suffered. All in all I had a great experience here and I will definitely not only be referring people, but come back as a customer in the near future! read more

Been here first time 1hr massage and one adjustment from doctor included spine exam the massage was very relaxing perfect same as the adjustment I feel like a new man, I barely could move for 3 days caused by lower back pain I highly recommend this place they have top knowledge and equipment for everything, I'll be back for future appointments definitely!!! read more

These people know nothing of customer service. My fiancé and I bought two groupon session with them, had to wait a month for an appointment. I get it, I'm sure Groupon guests are not priority, I work in the service industry, but we were really looking forward to this and took off from work just for this. We've both been in pain and needed an adjustment and massage. The day of, an hour before our appointment they cancel us, after a month of waiting. Their "accommodation" was to reschedule us for the following week which is not really an accommodation at all. Then they did it again, with once again zero accommodation or care for their clients. The only option they gave me was to "get a refund". Very unprofessional. I rescheduled for a week ahead but now re thinking my decision. These are not people I want taking care of me. Very unfortunate they have no regard for their customers. If you don't want to take care of your Groupon customers, don't do Groupon. read more

First time at a chiropractor. I didn't really know what to expect, just knew I had a pain in my lower back and had to take care of it. I walked into the office and the staff was quite friendly. I met with dr. Jain minutes after I walked in. He gave me the break down of what a chiropractor does and how this could help me. He is very knowledgeable of his craft and takes it serious. He won't try and get money out of you He only wants you to be satisfied Which is why I will be coming back here As well as telling my friends about it. My dad will be going in soon! I have no idea what any of these people are talking about. This guy is complete joke. The office is a mess ,the front desk receptionists argue with the doctor out loud with no shame. I had one chiropracting session paid 40 then left. I deployed for Afghanistan came and saw he's been charging me monthly for sessions. I go back to see what's going on, and this Dr told me he can't do anything about it. At this stage I was completely tired of arguing with this guy, everything I brought up he had a excuse not to fix it. So I finally asked him if he can just total up my massages and I'll take them once a week, he stated he's not in the business to lose money and if I don't use it I lose it. I explained to him that I left on a deployment and that's why he should be a little kind, and he stated that he can't make everyone happy. It was complete waste of time read more

Got a great deal on Groupon for 1 hour massage, consolation and back alignment. B (thing that was her name) the masseuse was very friendly and did a great massage. Dr. Jain did a quick exam and told me that my alignment was off and told me one of my legs was shorter in length due to having a tight bump ( He actually explained it better but I forgot what he told me ) but he did an alignment did various cracks on my neck back and hips and I have to say I felt better walking out of his office. I'm now considering doing one of his health plans but am waiting on my boss to add Chiropractor on my Kaisar health plan. read more

Absolutely the best! Dr Jain and his staff are welcoming and help you to understand exactly what's going on with your muscles and bones. I had a lower back pain for several years now. The first time I met him, I could hardly bend forward an inch max. After an interaction he was able to explain me about my condition and its cure. I got like 80% pain relief after my 4th visit. He performed Spine Decompression and Manipulation which played a big role for my pain relief. Obviously his adjustment too, not missing the main part. Dr. Jain is very knowledgeable and experienced. He exactly knows what he is doing. I have known him for several months now, I visit him occasionally for repair adjustments (Which are healthy and keep your spine aligned) and I am satisfied with the service. As I got off work one day and on to the 405 freeway i felt my back pain kicking in again. I had been sttruggling with it for several months and it was sharp pain traveling down to my toes. I realized that day it was so bad that I needed to see a doctor right away.I heard about Dr. Jain through a friend of mine who was treated for an auto injury accident for heavy neck and back pain, and he told me that this doctor can fix my problem even for a low monthly payment.As soon as I heard a good doctor and a cheap price I said what the heck its wortha try. I called and made a same day appointment and within minutes the doctor called me in to the evaluation room. Within minutes he had diagnosed my back pain as a pinched nerve. He explained what type of treatments may solve this issue and after 45 minutes of continues one on one therapy with the doctor I was feeling much better.
