Out of towner needing a load done on a Thursday afternoon. Plenty of parking. I was greeted when entering. There are many doors. They answered questions and were very friendly. There are a surprising amount of machines with different capacities and prices. Some machines were in maintenance but no one was waiting. Coin and App ready. Vending machines for snacks and drinks. A few arcade/video games in the back. A decent amount of different seating. You can drop off and have them do it all. It was a pleasant, affordable, self-serve experience at a well outfitted laundrymat. read more

I used this facility about ten years ago when I was moving and then again recently this last week because we are moving again. They have made some upgrades in recently years. I was able to use an app on my phone called Pay Range to pay for all my laundry via Bluetooth. PayRange even told me when my laundry was done. There is also an attendant on site. She was cleaning the machines between customers. The rest rooms were also very clean. I like this facility and recommend it to all. It does get a little busy. read more

I wish I could give this laundromat zero stars. The laundromat closed at 10 and we arrived at 7 to wash a small load of laundry. When we came in immediately the staff started huffing, giving us dirty looks, sweeping at our feet, etc. by the time our dryer finished they still had a decent amount of time before they closed and we realized our clothes were still wet and we needed more time. Once again, plenty of time until close. When we went to get a dollar to cash into the quarter machine we realize nobody appears to be in the laundromat, and the quarter machine is turned off when it had LITERALLY just been on, but this whole time we hear giggling and banging in the back. We knocked on doors and waited for anyone but it was clear they weren't coming out until 10, so ultimate we got to take home wet laundry. read more

This place is filthy! Years and years of dust have collected behind the washing machines, the machines smell horrible because of the mildew, and the parking lot is always trashed. Owner obviously could care less. read more

Your washing machines are disgusting and will hardly even take the damn coins! It took me 5mins (no exaggeration) to put $4.50 in the washer because it would only take every third coin. Your prices are RIDICULOUS!! And your dryers don't work. After an HOUR, which at $0.25 PER 5 mins, cost me $3.00 per dryer, my clothes were still wet! In both dryers. I put in $6 MORE and wasted ANOTHER hour! STILL WET. Packed my damp clothes and went to a different laundromat! Your FEE AT THE CHANGE MACHINE is ridiculous as well. No one is "excessively using it for non-laundry" purposes you jack-asses. Two God damned loads of laundry cost more than $20 to do! TWO. GOD. DAMNED. LOADS. I agree, that's an "excessive" amount of coins to require- but unfortunately, that's what it costs to do two loads of laundry in this total dump...only to have to drive across town and use machines that work. 4 HOURS AND $20 to leave with two loads of damp clothes and spend more money across town. First time here and I am very disappointed. I was hoping to be able to use this facility because it's closer to my house but after this visit I won't be back. The place is pretty dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in a hot minute. Washers aren't left open so they stink. They charge you to get change which is really crappy but you can download an app because that's what you want to spend time on when your trying to do laundry. People working here not friendly at all. One is just sitting on her phone...ummm hello get up and clean this dying business. Man here working on the washers yay that gives me confidence they are going to work when I put my money in. Hot outside and hot in here so their ac doesn't appear to be working too great. read more

I have dropped off my son's clothes here two times to be washed by them. His jeans are covered in mud and cow poop. They do a wonderful job. They wash his jeans twice and everything smells nice and is neatly folded and shirts are hung on hangers. We have been very pleased! read more

I stopped at SPIN ZONE located at 1805 N Main, Belton Tx for RO water from their outside dispenser. They have a sign posted near it that says "15 minute parking for water customers only". I usually backed in, filled my 6 gallon jugs and went happily on my way. Yesterday, a man pulled in just ahead of me next to the water dispenser, and carries a large bag of dirty laundry into the Laundromat! He wasn't getting WATER!!! So, I just backed up behind him & proceeded to fill my jugs. He comes out all puffed up because I had parked BEHIND him, he got in my face & asked a question 3 times, requiring me to answer 3 times to the same question, with him getting louder each time. I assured him he was okay parked there, I would be able to get my water, but that there was a sign saying "Parking for water customers only". He says, I own the building, I can park wherever I want. As he was leaving the parking lot, he got out of his car to tell me "If I ever came back there, he would call the police & have me arrested for trespassing"! I thought that to be VERY tasteless and rude coming from a local business owner! Well, tell you what, I WILL NOT be patronizing his business ever again! And from the other Yelp reviews, people have already stopped using his dirty, non-working washers, dryers & change machines! You've lost me as a customer! There are other water dispensers around town! I'll be watching as you go out of business mr. spin zone man!! I, being in my 70's should have been shown much more respect than that!!
