The reason I mention this is because the staff does warn you several times not to cross a certain barrier which can happen due to the nature of the event and if you do, there could be a possible lawsuit, so I was very worried about the kids crossing that line, since it was a very tiny area, and very easy to do so on the other side of that line or other people, ice-skating, including children, so you really do have to be very very careful. I will say besides this, it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly. They took photos of my family and I, with all of us in the bumper cars and although they started late, they did give us a few extra minutes for the inconvenience. Once getting into the entrance it's very busy, especially since every transition (ticket purchases, choosing skates, and seating areas for trying on skates) is going on at once in one cramped space. The workers there were professional and quick to help us out when we needed to replace our ice skates with better ones, so that was one of the positives about my experience. After going on the ice I definitely noticed how choppy and uneven the ice was, we were skating for a long period of time and it took them a while to resurface the ice.

The show offers hoop divers, morning doves, Havana skaters, double vision, Caribbean carnivale, china soul flyers. Live entertainment and crowd participation was on 10. It's under the big top but don't worry, it is air conditioned!

Haven't tried the restaurant yet; saving that for another trip. The only downside of our two visits was that was was cold both times and the heaters in their hitting bays do not do a very good job of keep you warm, and since the bays face the North, it gets pretty darn cold even on nicer winter days.
