Not sure why they have so many negative reviews. We had a very good experience on a Sunday afternoon. It was clean, well attended with ample parking. There were 2 attendants who were friendly and very helpful. The older African American lady patiently showed us how to pay for dryer time, she also waited until people were out of an area to mop, etc. They did have some machines out of order but plenty more operable. Don't believe the negative reviews. This is a good place to wash your clothes. read more

My husband dropped off dry cleaning last week and said it had to be rushed and if it couldn't be rushed to call him immediatey. She wrote these notes on the slip. Well he showed up today and discovered that it won't be ready in time for our very important event on Wednesday. I had to spend $150 on a whole new suit because they screwed us. This is the epitamy of a business! They do not maintain their equipment but when you ask for a refund because no water filled your washer, they say sorry we can not do anything about it! Williston needsa new laundomat!!!!!!!!!!!! Two dryers have been broken for months and another dryer ruined a whole load of clothes because it wasburning hot!!! On the low setting!!!! This company is dishonest. I put in $2.50 into dryer and dryer did not work attendant said it's not her problem dryer do not work or that I lost my money. Went to web site logged in my complaint. Received email that said they would not refund my money. This company is out to get your money with their prepaid cards and machines that do not work.​Up date Hope Dewlen emailed from Spincity, she said having bad reviews on Google is OK with her. when the broken dryer did not dry my cloths I paid again so I could get my cloths home. Hope Dewlen said because I paid for the second dryer to dry my cloths I could not get a refund of my $2.50 from the broken dryer. read more
