If they don't have what you want you can ask if they can get some with the next order. All the profits of the store are put into the Parrot Rescue Services that are part of the same building. They do adopt out birds and they take the time to make sure that the match between bird and new owner is a good fit to minimize any returns. The birds are the first priority. They are not just trying to cycle them through for adoption fees. They truly care about each and every bird in the rescue and want them to get a great home. It is worth a look there if you are interested in a bird, you will know exactly what you are getting before you bring your new companion bird home. Sabra and her staff of volunteers are great people that want to help birds and their owners. You cannot go wrong with this store and knowing the profits are going to help unwanted birds to be healthy and safe until they find a good lifelong home is so much better than supporting a for profit pet store!

They're one of the stores that carry this variety as it is a new species pansy that launched last year. It's quite a drive from the Twin Cit, but it is well worth it because they are decent size green house inspite that I went early in the year. I'm sure if you go during the regular open seasons, they will be full of different variety of plants. Very clean store and well organize. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Their prices are pretty decent, especially when it comes to those Japanese pansy that other place charged double. I would definitely recommend this place beside that 1 Hour drive up to Isanti.

At the moment the remaining fish in our tank appear to still be healthy. While the shop notes no refunds the complete lack of concern for the quality of product they sold and blame placed on the owner makes a bad business model. Frustrated at being able to get anyone to help me, I left. Today, I had a project, and I needed to find some old wood for shelving, so I went to the new location thinking it might be better. It wasn't. It was possibly worse. I think I was the only customer in the entire store, yet, I still could not get any help. The other people in the store - I thought they were customers at first, until I went upstairs, when one followed me up and turned on a light and then left, so maybe they worked there (or not). I had a piece I wanted to buy in hand, but when I approached them, they ran away to the back of the store. It is so rare and disturbing to want to give someone money, but not to be able to do so. I hate this place: so many great items and no way to buy them. I wish them luck. They will need it. I will take my business elsewhere.
