At the end you're lead to a table to put your masterpiece in a 'wet paint box', you go clean up in a section in the back then walk back to the front to claim your box. It was a cool experience and our new artwork will make its debut on the living room wall when fully dry! I would definitely come back and try the other rooms and activities they have available. Sabrina was our instructor and we had a great time. There was a TON of laughter and fun. We were able to choose from three different designs, so she alternated the instruction for each design, which gave everyone time to focus on each segment of their piece. It was incredibly disheartening and frightening as a mother to receive a call from my daughter…read moresaying she and her friends were being kicked out of this establishment and that the police had been called. This wasn't because they refused to pay their bill or were causing a disturbance. According to my daughter, the issue stemmed from the group choosing not to leave a tip after what they described as rude treatment from the bartender. Calling the police over a lack of tipping seems like a completely excessive response. Even more concerning, the bartender allegedly cursed at the group and made disrespectful comments, which should be visible on the establishment's security cameras. There are already far too few safe spaces for teens and young adults in Douglasville to gather. Experiences like this only make families feel less secure. Based on what happened, I cannot recommend this establishment to other families. My daughter and her friends left feeling humiliated and unsafe, and that is unacceptable.
