They had just come together from a sleepover with two other girls and their moms. The worker handed out tickets and told these girls they couldn't get one, Bc these girls parents were not with them. OH WELL TOO BAD TAKE IT UP WITH THE OWNER, they were told. These are kids toys and you just turned away kids that waited patiently for two hours, had their own money, and made them cry!! They had a sign that stated one per family, not per "responsible adult". Ridiculous

We visited the Valpo location today. Talked to someone online last night from the Crown Point…read morelocation. It was like 1130pm and they still answered my questions. They let me know the Valpo location would be open today to get my little one some train stuff. The lady working was very friendly. It was close to closing so I didn't get to check out everything they had to offer, but from what I saw they had a good variety of toys.... including the hard to find trains I was looking for. The store was amazing... filled with many different toy trains and CAT toy replicas. Char helped us find the perfect starter train set for our child and we also found a mini CAT excavator as an extra bonus. Char also threw in 2 children's videos for our long car ride ahead. Not only did our child have an amazing time but the customer service we experienced was beyond exceptional. I definitely recommend stopping by the I Love Toy Trains store when you are near the area. You will love it!

Prices always can't match online stores either. There's a price to pay for getting it today vs waiting on shipping they have bills to pay and rent for a store front with more overhead.
