My experience with Insight Cuba was incredible, insightful, and unique. The team both in the US and…read morein Cuba were well-organized, providing a rich itinerary that ended up exceeding my expectations, and our guide in Cuba was fantastic - giving our group true "insight" into her life in Cuba. Our accommodations were beautiful, and the combination of the historic buildings with classic cars lining the streets were the ideal backdrop to a memorable experience. Perhaps my favorite moment, organized by Insight Cuba, was the opportunity to visit the home of a local jazz musician for a private performance. It's memories like this that make this tour unforgettable.

I found an existing tour with InsightCuba that I liked in terms of length and much of the content, and InsightCuba was more than willing to switch certain activities on their itinerary to things that we wanted to see. Thus we had a nice mixture of culture, history, arts, nature, etc. Our tour leaders were very knowledgeable and also helpful when minor issues arose. Best activities: cooking class (we did ours at Cafe Ajiaco in Cojimar with a tour of the herb/veg garden), tobacco farm (not factory), jazz club (we went to La Zorra y El Cuervo).

Arranging the trip and getting a quote was very simple and quick. On the return part of the trip, I was late getting to the airport and delayed our departure. I expected them to charge me for the delay -- it was my fault and I tied up their aircraft almost an extra forty-five minutes -- but they did not charge me for the extra time. Also, we had a dog on our trip and the whole operation was very dog friendly. They even had a noise-reducing head set for the dog in case the noise was too much for him. (He actually wore them and seemed to like them!) I highly recommend Fleet.

Belkys is so knowledgable and helpful, and made the process of planning our honeymoon a blast. Our trip to Costa Rica as unbelievable and unforgettable, and everything went PERFECTLY. Every activity she had signed us up for, every place she had recommended, everything was perfect. I would never hesitate to use her assistance for all our major vacations. It takes the pain away from planning a vacation. Even better, she was so genuinely excited to see pictures after we came back and hear about how our whole trip went. Thank you for everything Beklys, we've already recommended you to all our friends and family.

Very disappointed in Ron and the people he outsourced our travel oversight to in Argentina…read more 1. About one month before the trip, Ron told us that the remaining balance of thousands of dollars should be brought to Argentina and used to directly pay our tour guide. This is despite the fact that we had a contract that specifically stated that final payment could be credit card , venmo, or check. We told him we were uncomfortable bringing that much cash to a foreign country. He reluctantly gave in and accepted payment. 2. There was a strike with aerolineus while we were there. We were alerted by Paula, who was our go to person in Buenos Aires. She told us to call the airline and change our flight. Although This was great advice, it wasn't practical. We tried and tried but were unable to accomplish anything due to the language barrier and other factors. The concierge in our hotel rescued us and did it with us. He told us that there was no way we could have done this in our own. Paula should have helped. She could have come to our hotel and did what the concierge did. Or, speak to the concierge and set us up. She didn't even bother. 3. We were booked for the asado tour. Instead of telling us about the strike the night before or in the am, paula told us at 11:15am while the tour pick up was noon. Because we had to deal with that, we missed over one hour of the tour. 4. They booked us a room in calafate with no air conditioning. When i questioned this, ron told me most hotels don't have air conditioning in this area. This hotel had many rooms that had air conditioning. Just not ours! 5. We arrived in calafate with no directions or contact person. We wandered around airport looking for someone with our name card. When we didn't see anyone, we contacted paula. Then, we found the company. If she had told us the name of the company in advance, that issue would have been avoided. 6. We were treated as if we are demanding. What??? We didnt ask for much. A room with a/c, a contact person when we are arriving in a city in an airport, ?? We had a wonderful vacation and love Argentina. Just can't recommend b2.
