She tailors each PT session to maximise my potential and is always coming up with new and clever ways to keep me on my toes. These are not just generic lesson plans, they are specifically designed to challenge me, strengthen me and improve my body shape.
Not only has she helped me with the physical side of training but she has also provided me with invaluable nutritional advice which I have learnt is just as important as exercise. Healthy recipe ideas, food diaries etc Kim's knowledge in these areas is second to none.
