Stefani is very upbeat, personable, fun, and extremely energetic! Her class is great for beginners and those who are advanced in the practice! She always has a fun playlist to rock out to and it makes the class even more fun! If you visit this gym, I definitely recommend checking out Stefani's barre class. She teaches on Mondays at 7:10pm, Thursdays at 6:20 or 6:35pm (sorry I can't remember), Saturdays at 10:35am, and Sundays at 9:45am.

I mainly take Stefani's barre, yoga, and ABC class but also have enjoyed HIIT and strengthcon with Emma. Stefani is a bright light and makes working out so fun but also challenging. Emma similarly looks to challenge but is also motivating and provided me modifications when needed with an injury, looking out for me when I didn't realize I could re-injure something without even knowing. The gym has a variety of equipment but is on the smaller side, so it's easier to see and get to know regulars in your class but also meet new people. Highly recommend!

They do not cut corners in making sure you are safe, in making sure you quickly become a community member, and that you have workouts that fit your goals. Especially because I have a bad back, and was just looking for a reverse hyper machine when I found this gym. From young professionals to the senior "legends" classes they offer, there's a community here for everyone. The owner Josh is an Aggie AND a Marine. He took his time to teach me proper form and technique when I just happened to wander in one day. Not knowing anything about me, he treated me with respect and as family from day one. I think one of the things I didn't realize about crossfit is the community aspect of it. In theory it makes sense but you never really understand it until you do it. There's a bit of magic that occurs when you have team mates working towards a common goal, led by a professionals who have our best interests at heart. Some of the workouts done here will be core memories of mine in my fitness journey and in life in general. It was a great experience and I'm glad I gave it a try when Josh offered it. The studio is very bright and clean and they have some great LED mood lighting to pump up the workout. There were mirrors all around so you can see your form and lockers to place your loose items in. The team was super friendly and kind and you ever get a nice cold towel after class to cool down. Form gifted me a free class so I will take advantage of that for sure! Definitely one of the more challenging studios, which is what I loved that most! The reformers can look intimidating, but ask for help! Don't be shy! The classes are 45 minutes long and you'll feel accomplished after! The scented cold rags at the end of class are a delight! Parking is available in the garage that connects to the shopping center. Parking is free up to two hours. You can book online through the website or on the app. I definitely recommend trying out the two week unlimited if you're hesitant on making a commitment! AND- At the end of class, you'll receive a "$5" bill that you can choose what organization you'd like the donation to go to! Definitely worth a try if you're loving reformer classes!

You're also able to let the instructors know if you have specific goals and they will make modifications to your workout even while in the group class. The energy at the gym is so high you can't help but come in and be ready to work. Not sure if this is still a thing, but if I went during a time where my friend and I were the only ones there it was considered one of our classes. They didn't try to up charge it as personal training. All in all I really love this gym I only stopped membership when I moved and it was no longer convenient. Forever grateful…read morethat I found this space because I was going through a big life change and wanted to get back into a routine of working out again and Dama really helped hold me accountable, push me during my workouts, helped me with my nutrition and people are really nice here. Members and coaches, the coaches are a good group, lots of good energy. I found this gym from an old client of mine who used to live in the neighborhood and she always raved about all inspired. I think that alone says a lot about a place and the people that make it what it is and the impact it leaves on the community. They also offer group classes, have a sauna, cold plunge, cardio machines, showers if you're in a rush after your workouts and offer free parking as well!
