I've brought at least 4 of my personal vehicles here and have referred about 5 people here. Weird flex, I know, but hear me out... In the last 7ish years and cumulative 12ish vehicles I have taken/referred here I've had ONE issue and it was resolved the very next day. My last vehicle I brought, when I got home and got to looking close, I noticed a small hair-like scratch stretching across the passenger window. Maybe some dust got on their squeegee? Maybe when I rolled the window down some dirt-road dust scratched it... Whatever happened, I called them up and they got me in the next morning and got it replaced free of charge in about 8 minutes. I'm actually writing this review as I sit at home waiting on my appointment for my and my wife's new vehicles (number 5 and 6 I will have had them tint!). However, I called and spoke with someone on the 9th, 11 days before commenting through this app. He asked what I had to move, did it have stairs and where was I moving from and to where and also asked what date I needed you for. I told him the date that I had to be out by was the 30th and I could be flexible as long as it was by the 30th. He informed me that someone would be contacting me back with a price and date at that time. I never heard back anything by phone and even tried calling again with no answer a couple of times. His inspection was so thorough, and he explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He even came armed with filters, which he installed for me while he was at it. I have been a DIxie Care customer since moving here, and I have been very pleased with the service. The best part is that all of the technicians seem to know a little bit about each others area, which is helpful in coming up with a solution.
