The car I got had a windscreen with smears on it also, the tank was not full yet the paperwork stated that it was. The worst of it however was the fact they took out a $1000 credit card bond, WTF, seriously?? It sent my credit card over-limit and I couldn't use it for the rest of my trip. For the couple of dollars you save using this cheap car rental service over the main ones based at the airport is just not worth it, especially when they take such a huge chunk out of your credit card. Never again!!

Yes you have to hop in their van to be taken to airport/office but this ran smoothly with catching our plane. I have used other companies at the the airport and the time waiting in the queue was probably longer than going out to East Coast. The hire car is a bit cheaper too. No complaints at all.

Upon arrival, we saw another couple waiting for the shuttle; however this customer had issue with fueling costs (claiming he was misled by the staff when he rented the car) and was arguing with staff. We waited for about 15 minutes, at which point there was only 1 hour left before our flight. We informed the staff that our flight leaves at 8.50PM and that's why we did our best to arrive to catch the last shuttle at 7:30 which should have been perfect to catch our flight. The staff didn't care about our situation and said the shuttle is a courtesy service (well, we wouldn't book your service in the first place if there is no shuttle service) and they wouldn't leave without settling the other customer's issue, it is not their business that we have a flight to catch. They told us to take an Uber if we are in a hurry. We ended up having to spend extra $15 to catch an Uber which we hadn't planned on, and arriving at the airport 45 min before our flight, cutting it very close to the luggage check in cut off time, causing us a lot of stress. This left a very unsatisfying experience and I will ensure that all potential customers are aware of your poor customer service and arrogant attitude, almost causing us to miss our flight and ruining our Christmas day.
