It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.

Not even anyone to look up, make eye contact, smile and go back to what they were doing. Their clothes are cute and I was impressed with their selection but I don't think I'll be back. The prices for the clothes are very reasonable but the people working were more worried about where the taco person was going to set up and /or the photo Booth we're setting up then making sure I was good. The proprietor and employees are beyond helpful and friendly. And their products are spectacular. When you walk in, you're greeted with a phenomenal aroma. So much so, I bought the soap and house spray of one I liked. My wife bought a car fragrance of a different scent that we both loved so much, I had to go back an hour later and buy a house spray of that one, too.
