This wonderful office allowed me to bring in an item of value, to hold as collateral, until I could gather the funds to pay for the cat's overnight stay, antibiotics, etc. Their staff is among the friendliest I have ever met- they genuinely treated me as though we had been friends for years. Today, a few YEARS later, Mrs Bigglesworth (and my daughter) are both doing wonderfully. Now, a couple weeks ago, my German Shepherd had an ear infection. Quitman Animal Clinic provided the medicine, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. The doctor even put some medicine in his other ear, as a preventative measure- something he didn't have to do. Then Doctor Ren D Johnson jumped out of his chair and lounged toward me and threatened me with bodily harm and I left the building and called the police. They get there they see my point but with 6 lady's in that office and 6 phones going none of them now have anything. This man should not be in business period. Personal care, believe in fear-free treatment so they watch your dogs carefully to make sure they are happy. Took my old guy (12) and my new pup(3) back in again this week (11/17/2020) for their annual and they were super friendly with the dogs, me too, listened and talked with me, discussed all the details, and they even went through the hassle of putting each dog's charges on a separate credit card with no problems or hassles or time limits! My pup ,a rescue dog, has issues with people and is skittish, so we made personalize plans on how to handle that so she is not afraid. I will never take my kids anywhere else!
