Alex came over and looked at the old AC unit and furnace. His professional guidance including a recommended solution was both honest and accurate. I accepted his solution and scheduled the install. The entire time I was kept in the loop by text and phone calls. The day of the job they showed up exactly on time 8am. The team was fronted by Amando and with him was Pete and Tyler. This was clearly not their first rodeo. Amazing, the three men quickly removed the old units both inside and out and installed the new units. The office was closed, my calls went unanswered, and I was finally texted a generic excuse changing my window to 12-3 PM. After pushing for an ETA, they promised they would arrive before 3 PM and finish quickly. By 3:20 PM, they still hadn't shown up, so I was forced to cancel my appointment and put all my furniture back myself. They completely ghosted my cancellation text. It is now Monday afternoon and this well-known local business hasn't even bothered to call, apologize, or acknowledge the massive waste of my time. Unacceptable customer service.
