I'm a weekly Advanced Auto customer and I've utilized two warranty returns in a 10 year venue. That particular store gave me their policy in which was heard to be different than others. The Service Support once I called the 800 customer service # was great. I think the young lady was named Bre and she stated that I'll be mailed a check for the warranty item, due to the refund couldn't be added back to a card that's not in existence anymore. Question : If I purchase a item in 2018 online for store pickup and there's a limited lifetime warranty on the part why would the refund has to mandatory be placed back on that same card ? Question : Can a system be in place to just swap out the item of warranty and not have all the card transactions? Possible customer disadvantage: There customers out there that don't have the fundings to buy a new warranty item.They are dependent on the warranty in order to get there vehicle back to running in support of their family.
