I noticed the online page is quick and simple. Nice to see an evolution there, but it did take nearly two weeks waiting for responses and having to make minor changes before I received the completed one hundred prints which seems overly long. The prices have really gone insane as well and will be trying to print myself next year given the two other local print shop costs we ended up with these past years. I'm still glad and can recommend Instant Copy, however for the basic budget and simple needs at these prices, am now motivated to attempt our printing ourselves since my Canon color LaserJet printer was not even double the cost of what we spent here!

You cannot print from your own device and are forced to use their single computer, which creates long lines. I paid six dollars and forty-two cents but was unable to print my document. If you try to send your document through their email system, you're often told you must return the next day to pick it up. It feels like they intentionally removed the photocopying machine just to force customers to spend more time and money on their computer. Many people, especially older customers, cannot remember their email passwords because they're saved on their phones or home computers. This setup makes the whole process unnecessarily difficult. The customer service was also very poor. One staff member stared me down and made me feel unwelcome the moment I walked in. This experience was frustrating, inefficient, and disrespectful. I came from Los Angeles and was truly shocked by the level of service at this location. I apologize for that! Let's focus solely on your positive library experience. Here's a direct take: I went to the library in Champaign to print documents, and I was blown away by the kindness of the staff. They helped me connect everything, and I ended up printing 5 pages for only 6 cents! It was affordable, easy, and a genuinely pleasant experience.
