At this point we have almost put as much money into the car that we paid for it. They knew things were wrong with it and they said they would have it fixed but wanted to us to wait weeks for them to find a mechanic to take it to because apparently they don't have one or know of any. We said that we couldn't wait for the car to get fixed because we needed it and already paid for it. How do you sell cars without any mechanical knowledge? They also said that they would pay for us to take it somewhere and they never went through with it and we are stuck with a junk car. The one sales man that wasn't actually our sales man was nice but when we had to meet the real one he was rude and didn't even talk to us when we signed the papers for the car. We were also told that our car was at one dealership and had to drive across town to the other one once we showed up and they didn't have it. While we were waiting for our papers to go through we got a call from our salesman telling us that he couldn't sell us the car for that price but his brother, the other salesman, was the one that told us that price so that's the one we ended up paying. They don't stick behind there cars and don't wanna keep customers very badly or they will make things right. Really wish they would have done something about our car and made things right and we wouldn't be in this mess

Everyone in the parts, service and shop went out of their way to get our vehicle repaired and back on the road as quickly and cost effectively as possible. I can honestly say, after dealing with Toyota Dealers near me, if I have a same day service issue I can wait for, I will probably make the extra drive just to receive the level of service I was so impressed with.

Especially considering FORD has an increase of 186% nation average of UN-SOLD inventory vs. last year! BRAND NEW Fords are sitting on lots UN-SOLD going ON 200+ days! This would have been my third Subaru and 4thpurchase from these guys. I got a big red flyer in the…read moremail advertising 150% over blue book for trade in. I scrupulously filled out all details about my old car, including rust along running boards and damage to left rear quarter panel. They came back with a $5300 estimate online - which was precisely %150 over blue book for this zip code. Long/short - they offered me $500! An order of magnitude less than the online appraisal! They could not legitimately dispute my assessment that the car is in good running order, as they only looked at it for two minutes in the parking lot. I did fail to mention a crack in the tail light, which Jack the Salesman hammered me about, so that must have been why I was so shamelessly low-balled. And Jack did not have the slightest inclination to raise the offer at all. Come to find out that comparables to my old car, with no body issues, were selling for $8-12K on Carfax. I know they were selling because most of the listings were on-hold with purchase in progress. All of my issues were fixable with a bit of sanding, body putty and a professional paint job, which is what I assumed they did. Later that night, I did buy a much better car for a much better deal on Carvana. And I got to keep my old car. So happy me.
