I asked one of the guys since I see multiple trucks taking cars and he said "well you should know where it is and why it got towed " umm excuse me ?! Noo sir I'm a visitor and parked in the visitors parking , apparently the resident needed to register the cars , but I guess they didn't know. So when I ask for location they didn't want to tell me where .. so I had to take a picture of their tow truck "ad number " to try to call and find out about my car and my car was towed 5 mins before I called.. soo they knew . Horrible service , and they didn't want to tell me where the car was towed because they wanted to keep it more the 6 hours in their yard since that's when they charge double .

The guy at the window kept telling me to sign the papers and to take a photo to read them later but to sign and constantly kept repeated don't worry just sign. RUDE! had to get THE POLICE INVOLVED because the "owner" started telling me oh you want to be a smart as since i told him not letting me pay with a credit card is illegal and he got angry and told me he is not giving me the car anymore after having no problem in giving it to me if i paid cash or to his phone number. This was TRAUMATIC since the guy got on his car and it literally seemed like he was FOLLOWING ME, as I called the police I ran from the place since I didn't feel save and he got in this car and started driving and I turn to the left side of the street and hid behind a truck while he turned left to and when he did not see me he did a U turn and turned to the other side to drive and then just left. I was so scared I don't know what these people can do. Thank God an officer was there to help me. AWFUL AWFUL.

At 63,000+ miles the manufacturer told me I needed a whole mess of maintenance work done to my car. I got a quote from them and nearly fainted. The manufacturer would have charged me an arm, leg, and a first born child for the work I had done. I came in, explained what the manufacturer told me I needed and we discussed it. They respected my time and money and I paid no where near what I was quoted by the manufacturer. I got quality work done fast, and got OEM parts and fluids for my car. Most importantly, I got work done by a local business that I trust whole heartedly. Maria (and shop kitty) runs the office like the well oiled machine - that they are. It was an absolute pleasure coming here and doing business! I wouldn't think twice about coming back here again!

Firstly that gentleman who originally said I'll be right with you was rude. Then a minute later the guy said sorry we don't have that tire. Anymore, so after 4o minutes we had to go elsewhere. So not only was the staff rude, they were not well aware of their inventory, which is ignorance on the part of the employer.
