The embroidery was for my Grandmother, as I had been given word just days before that my Grandfather was gravely ill. We thought we had about two weeks. We did not. When I called to see if there was any way I could place a rush on my order, there was no hesitation. The order was complete the very next day, and they called to advise me as such. There was no extra charge, and even the final charge was on the lowest end of the initial quote. I can't say enough good things about this business and its people. Thank you! PS I will be back for monogramming!

As a business owner myself, I understand how damaging a negative review can be. However, the…read morecustomer service I experienced today was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I visited to order custom business apparel to wear while working in the salon or at off-site locations. The older woman with short, grayish hair was very rude as I explained my desired design, style, and materials. She frequently interrupted me and attempted to assume what I wanted, despite me clearly specifying placement of the design, the colors, and the specific materials I requested. The younger woman working alongside her appeared visibly taken aback by her behavior, often raising her eyebrows in annoyance. In hindsight, I should have left and taken my business elsewhere. While Shirts N More may be more affordable, I value customer service and satisfaction. I would prefer to pay a bit more at a business that treats customers with respect, and unfortunately, this business does not meet those standards. I will not be returning or placing any further orders with Shirts N More.

I hate to give two stars to a small business, but this was just not a good experience…read more First, I called with a few questions, about what they do, minimum pieces per order, etc, and even asked "is there anything else that you can think of that I might not be asking, that is sometimes an issue?" No. So I get there and start getting my jackets out, and they're like "oh we can't screen jackets". Then they looked at my logo and said that's too many colors. So you couldn't have thought of either of those possibilities? You do this daily. So I settled on embroidery, because I just didn't have enough time to look for a new place. Then they didn't send me any artwork until 3 business days before the entire order was due. The artwork did not look like what I had shown them. But the real kicker was an hour later when they call and say "wait, this is for a college and we don't have the rights to that college--we can't do any of it." SERIOUSLY?! How could you not think of THAT the minute I brought it in? So I had to go pick up my stuff, take it elsewhere, and by then be very late for our athletic season. Literally the only reason it's a 2 instead of a 1 is that they were reasonably nice.
