Owner likes to blame customer for her mistake. Then not allow you to make purchases. Blamed for not…read morepaying basically stealing when I clearly handed her money. First she said I handed he 20 bucks and I was honest and said I didn't hand you 20 bucks. But gave her 7 bucks toward a little over 6 dollar purchase then come back to window and said I owed her a dollar 50 I said ma'am I gave you 7 bucks already. She didn't have my cigarettes so she owed me 5 dollars back towards a dollar 50 purchase because no cigarettes. She handed it back to me and said she's reviewing Camera like I was stealing money from her. So I walked in store and asked her to please review camera while I'm here. She cussed me and slammed door in my face. This lady is crazy and shows it when she is found to be in the wrong. Obviously she got to much on her plate not knowing what she's handed and trying to give you something you never even asked for. Her manners as a business owner is not at all good place or person to deal with.

This week Secrest Disposal failed to do their job of picking up my trash, and this is not the first…read moretime this has occurred. When I called them concerning this issue they accused me of not putting the trash out. The lady at Secrest insinuated that I was a liar and spoke to me in a manner not befitting of a loyal customer of many years, not even considering that the driver of the garbage truck may be at fault. I swear on the Bible (which I consider to be the word of God) that I put eight large bags of trash in the proper place at the top of my driveway at around 11:00 PM the night before trash day. They could not have been overlooked without extreme negligence on their part. After being forced to fire Secrest, I had to drive back up my long driveway, reload the trash back into my car, and store it in my garage until I could hire a new company to remove it. Some of the bags contained frozen fish parts which unthawed and leaked out onto my garage floor causing me frustration and time in clean- up. I write this review with the hope of helping others to avoid the same mistake that I made... choosing Secrest Disposal as my trash removal company.
