Large selection of products and knowledgeable associates asked about what I was looking for and what would work best for me. The manager came out to measure and discuss how the work would be done and go over possible additional charges based on my existing flooring. He provided a quote in a very timely manner and we scheduled the date! They assigned a two man team who showed up promptly on time each morning. The installers were amazing. They took such care in my home and were so respectful and efficient! They assisted with some installation questions I had and got right to work. They were so careful moving my furniture around and I was so touched that they made sure my bed area was cleared at the end of their upstairs workdays so I didn't have to sleep on the couch. They used plastic sheeting to mask off closet and bathroom contents to keep the dust down as much as possible due to the floor leveling process. They set up shop in my garage and at the end of each of the 5 days tidied the work spaces and swept up the garage very thoroughly. F and L..... thank you so much. I know I said it a lot but I really love the excellent job you did! I am so happy with the outcome. I love my floors and give OC Hardwood the highest praise possible!!! My neighbors and friends love the floors and I'm glad I grabbed a couple of business cards because they've been given away to interested parties! My two favorite comments.... What kind of wood is this? LVP!! This looks like House and Gardens TV! My previous cat had passed away November 2025 and I knew I wanted to have the flooring redone before adopting another. They finished on a Friday afternoon and I was able to adopt a rescue cat 2 days later. I do recommend boarding any pets as the work would be quite frightening to them. This was a big deal for me... On 11/1/2025, while I was attempting to purchase flooring at this establishment, a fight broke out. The owner abruptly left me mid-transaction to go outside and physically separate two individuals -- both of whom he appeared to know personally, as he repeatedly called them by name. During the altercation, one of the individuals pulled a wooden plank from the trash bin on the property and attacked the other person. The fight occurred right beside my vehicle, which ended up damaged as a result. The owner was present the entire time. When police arrived, the owner denied knowing the individuals' names (despite addressing them earlier) and also claimed that his business had no working surveillance cameras. Not once did he offer an apology or even ask if I was safe after the incident. This experience was both unsafe and unprofessional. I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this business -- it is not a safe environment and demonstrates a serious lack of accountability or concern for customers.

Elizabeth was there when the incident occurred and she did not ask if my daughter was ok. Instead she left the incident and unprofessionally laughed with her coworkers about the situation. At this point they assumed my daughter only had scrapes after falling on the heavy metal frame, however she hit her mouth and her head as well. The gentleman who was the manager at the time understood my concern about the unprofessional behavior of the multiple women on the floor. I appreciated his approach and concern. However, I hope that the management and supervisors of the store give these women workers and especially Elizabeth Meonoz the appropriate disciplinary and accountability for her negligence and unprofessionalism.
