Britney, Michael, and Mary all assisted us in what little concept we had in mind for a ring. In the end, what became of a simple blind browse, turned into the most special 3 year anniversary I could've dreamed of. Britney personally assisted me in the design i was interested in, the color, as well as the shape of the diamond. She was so welcoming, kind, personal while maintaining such a professional attitude. I chose the princess lab grown diamond, the prettiest stone I've laid my eyes on, which was a ring that already had a band so it was less expensive then getting a carrot custom made. They also assisted us easily in their credit slow payment process. We ended up paying in full which was a little under 2k for a 2. sized ring. Such an emotional purchase with such an endearing staff that love to get to know their clients. Definitely recommended, will always have a place/family at REED'S. Scarlet, was also most helpful and kind with such amazing charisma.

Based on the TikTok posts and the information provided through the account, I believed I was dealing with a legitimate jewelry business. I proceeded with the purchase and sent the requested payment for the gold chain. After receiving my money, the seller stopped responding to my messages and has not provided the jewelry or a reasonable explanation regarding my payment. The seller also emailed me a receipt for the transaction, which I have uploaded with this review as documentation. I have also retained screenshots of the TikTok account, the jewelry advertisement, my communications with the seller, and proof of payment. This is extremely serious. If this TikTok account is falsely representing itself as this business, other customers could potentially be at risk of losing their money as well. I am asking Google to investigate this business listing and the TikTok account representing itself as this business. If the account is fraudulent or falsely representing this business, I am asking Google to take appropriate action and remove or restrict the fraudulent account/listing. I am also asking the business to publicly clarify whether this TikTok account is legitimately affiliated with them. If it is not, the business should immediately warn customers and take steps to prevent others from being misled. DO NOT SEND MONEY UNTIL YOU HAVE VERIFIED WHO YOU ARE ACTUALLY DEALING WITH. I am posting this review so other people can see what happened before sending their money. I have uploaded the receipt I received from the seller and have documentation available to support my experience.
