Firstly, no draught beers - not so bad for me, but certainly for the other half and people alike. Secondly, you have to order at the bar for food.... This wasn't obvious and we ended up sitting like lemons for a while! Thirdly (and this might not be everyone's view) the super skinny fries were a bit ridiculous! You can't really eat them with any kind of grace, just grab and handful and collapse them into your mouth (!!) and they are rubbish for dipping... I've never been but it seemed authentic enough with a large communal oval table split into individual booth-like eating areas, each of which has its own TV screen pumping out MTV. Despite my initial suspicions it's not a chain either and I definitely intend on going back, though perhaps on my way back from a night out on the beers next time rather than on the way out.
